No elevator - 71 years old had to carry luggage up stairs - 2 heavy bags with heart condition. Older folks shud be given ground floor rooms.

The place was hard to find because they have multiple buildings and did not give directions on how to get to the correct one. It was near the street so it was pretty noisy with the cars going by. They add on fees for everything.

dated/old. bathroom door was at one point smashed in. poor patch job /repair. the AC unit is window type permanent mounted through the wall. didn’t work, other than to make a lot of noise. ceiling fan didn’t work. deadbolt on the front door didn’t lock. we had to put a chair in front of the door. to feel slightly secure. windows had no locking mechanism. place was visually clean, dated circa 1970-80’s.

There was a family staying next door to me whom had littered the front patio, just throwing their trash out their front door not into a can. And allowed their dog, which they weren't supposed to have in their room, to go poop right outside their door. Most of the guests there smoked cigarettes so it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I wish they would not allow smoking right in the patio area because I couldn't enjoy the patio

Everything else Room was dirty, mold in bathroom, cabinet doors broken in kitchen, fridge had food left in it, frost door didn’t shut all the way and lock was broke, used free parking as a filter but upon check in was told $17 day fee, parking was tight, communication about check in was non existent~had to call number on sign to get check in directions

The best part of this hotel is its location to the beach

We called, and we asked if we could come check in early We were told yes. We drove an hour. We were greeted by Taylor, with a sarcastic and condescending attitude problem. We were then informed there was a fee to check in early. Never mentioned during the call We made beforehand. Then we were informed we had to pay per day for parking. We didn't want to pay to check in 2 hours early. But we were also told that the room we paid for, they were going to put us in an entire different building. (They own 23, so they can put you in any of those, even if the pics are different from what you booked) We decided that the customer service was terrible and we felt extorted. We no longer felt confident or comfortable staying there. We called Booking.com, and they were supposed to cancel our room at a fee, and they never did. So we were charged for the entire stay. We were then refused for a refund. They stated we never there for the check-in. (We were, in fact, 2 hours early, hence this story) No real authority or manager or owner can be contacted when the same aforementioned employee also answers the phone. I feel they tried to extort us. The photos of the room were misleading. We were 1,500 miles from home with no place to stay. Booking and said hotel did nothing to help Absolutely sickening.

Every morning as e we went to breakfast in the court yard, we encountered the service gal who was less than friendly. Less than Inviting. She was out out at how we entered the small facility and she was on her phone with friends the whole time. One morning I wanted a small bagel like I had the other morning and lifted the bag to get one and she was so out out that as I walked away, she abruptly covered them back up and moved them about five inches behind another item. I didn’t understand why they were out in the first place if I wasn’t supposed to choose them like I had the other mornings. On out last day, another guest asked me a question about the food and I told her, “I apologize, I don’t work here. Ask this gal” and the other guest told me that she already did ask her but she ignored her… sad another strike for the morning breakfast gal for me! Other than her, everyone and everything was great! Thank you

The property is run down - every floor tile cracked, patched walls and just overall dingy. Bedside lights broken.

Bate and switch initial Pictures were of a beautiful place steps from the beach (literally on the beach) we arrived and they gave us a completely different location. The service was nonexistent. They should not be allowed on booking.com I use this app for years and 95 Percent of the time it works out great; this place was sub standard. More over, I paid close to 2500 for this stay and I was gravely dissatisfied. They were not even nice to the guest; for example, a lady's car got towed and she explained she arrived late the night before the tow company said she had to have the hotel call them and the issue would be resolved they would bring her car back they refused her. What a way to start a vacation!!!

There isn't enough space for dislikes. The walls were filthy, the toilet around the bottom was horrible! The fridge was clean inside but the outside was so dirty. I guess you get what you pay for 49.00 a night.

The bed was the most comfortable beds I ever slept in.
