The girls didn’t work. The fire pit wasn’t working for second year. Also pool was not clean at all.

Please add oatmeal to your breakfast. Most places have it and was surprised it wasn’t there. Mattress may need to be replaced. Very soft and sloping to the middle. Pillows need to be replaced. Clumpy.

Very clean. Room and bathroom were spacious and well thought out. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing! Very helpful.

The bathroom door (slider) was warped and didn't close all the way. The cable television set up is limited.

The kitchenette is a great size. Really hot water available. Great climate control in room.

The air conditioner system could not be turned off. It was very noisy and annoying. This was the main issue of our stay. The bed is queen size only - it is small for two. However, it is in the description ) I would expect not only a microwave for suits but a kitchen. However, I should read the description better )

The room size was fine but to take into account that we took the largest room as planned for a long stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine with a car - any city point is accessible in 15-20 minutes (but no way to stay there without a car). The road system of Cleveland works very well.

Communication was difficult at times.

Breakfast was adequate. We were here several days before we found out there was pre-made oatmeal, it would be nice to have had a sign. Many seniors travel sugar free syrup would items would be nice.

The water in the shower was either scalding (really) or cold. We called about it and we think they did something to the controls because we could then get a tepid temp. The tv had a really poor selection of channels and had no way to get streaming channels.

The layout of the room was great. We also like the sink being in the bathroom and not out by itself. The rolling table was useful also.

The pool area was completely COLD! The temperature in the pool room was low (no heat) so we couldn’t enjoy the pool it was ICE cold… And why is it taking so long for my Hold on my card to refund me because the room was $210 online and when I arrived on site my card was charged $360+ dollars..

There is no wifi in the room, and the front desk staff patiently tried to assist but tried many times to no avail. It would be easier for motorists if there were signs before the W Creek Rd turn left into the hotel.

The hotel's location is moderate, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Our bathroom smelled of urine horribly bad and the garbage can under the sink was filthy, coffee was still in the coffee pot and our kitchenette counter had visible coffee stains and our shower had hair in it. Not sure the place was cleaned properly or at all. I went downstairs and got lysol wipes to clean areas of our room. However, the bathroom smell was the worst.

Location, outside seating areas with firepit, very quiet, kitchenettes and even though we never used it, the pool and exercise center looked very nice.

Pool was freezing and no towels available, shower in room was dirty, at breakfast the waffle batter was runny and at the bottom we asked about it before using. The worker was rude and said “it’s been fine all morning” without checking what we were saying. We used it. Waffles were a mess. So she came and realized it needed refilled. We had stayed at a Home2suites previously in a different area and it was very clean and a good experience so we didn’t question trying this. Never again.

Breakfast was pretty good. Room was available at arrival. Quiet.

The pool was disgusting! So dirty and slimey. Breakfast was gross, hard and cold. No juice or anything for kids to drink. I also didn't like that the site says $75 hold and when you get there it's actually $150 hold for damages., we only stayed 1 night.

The location was good, plenty to eat right around the area. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Everything was perfect.

The room was spacious, modern and very clean with everything you could need. The kitchen had all the basics to make a simple meal or prep some lunch. The Wifi worked well. The hotel is set back off the main road so was very quiet. The breakfast was more than adequate and good value. The staff members were professional and friendly. A great stay.
