We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No one ever called back. We left numerous messages to no avail. Stay there on on assumption that all go well. I never expected this from Hilton property

United StatesAccess to the front desk after coming in the main entrance is terrible as it is filled with couches and chairs. Have to walk around everything just to get to the desk and this is difficult with hands full of luggage. Have been on the road for 21 days now and have had an included breakfast in all but 2 locations. At this particular location, the breakfast provided was without a doubt the worst meal of our trip. The entrees are pre-packaged items and are nothing short of disgusting. A cold boiled egg was many times better than the hot food provided. Also, only Queen beds at this location which is very disappointing. There is room for a King.
We like the Suite accommodations with lots of counter space and lots of open shelving to place items.

United StatesI requested a crib 2 months in advance and called 2 days prior to confirm. Upon my arrival I was informed that there was no crib for my 6 months old. After an hour complaining an incomplete crib was found without a mattress. On my second day of stay, I was contacted by Hilton for a follow up about my stay and when the problem was reported I was told that there was nothing they could do. You pay high prices to put your baby to sleep in a crib without a mattress

United StatesI was only there for 8 hours. All I needed was a bed,a toilet, coffee, and tv. Coffee in the room was mediocre. Coffee in the lobby T 5:00 am was ice cold! I had to leave too early for free breakfast. The tv in my room had no video, just audio. The screen was frozen on some creepy looking man. I was there for the St Jude Marathon.

United StatesHalf the time no was at the desk and then when asked questions they didn’t know the answers. Blow dryer did work. No shampoo or soap in the dispenser in shower. Refrigerator was nasty. Lobby was closed several nights early coming back from conference couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. Breakfast was ok. I think next I will stay down the road at lower rate because I didn’t get anything special paying more.

United Statesupon arrival we were not provided keys as their machine was down and being worked on. I find this understandable. We were walked to our room and let in. Once we went to the game and returned back to the hotel. There was no one at the front desk we could not get in until one of the hotel guest (unknown) let us in but still waited 10 minutes. I decided walk over to the Hilton hotel front desk since both are connected. There was the front desk individual that had my sister key but had to get my daughter and myself keys yo our room still. Even though it was just an overnight stay I just never had this issue with any hotel.
