Whatever those are, they are not scrambled eggs! Horrible. The breakfast meats were no better. HVAC did not cool well in my room.

Showing some wear and tear. Wish they had week night managers reception like some some other locations, front desk guy said only on Weds due to limited staff. Also we stayed 3 nights but my room was never serviced but then again I didnt really need anything. I didnt see any bar, restaurant of mini mart within near by walking distance.

Very large rooms, nice kitchen and lvg area. Great bathroom too. Large comfy king bed and very clean. Wonderful breakfast! Area was quiet, safe, lots of nearby restaurants within a short drive.

I was not impressed with the breakfast.

The suite was clean and spacious , the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of towels for both of us,. We didn’t have any issues with the TV’s. Perfect suite for a weekend get away. We didn’t had any problems at all. The staff at the front desk was super nice. The location is perfect and close to downtown. The lobby is super clean and easy to find a parking spot. Overall great property and location for an affordable price.

I’m an older person. I didn’t care for the way the television services were programmed on the tv. The breakfast was average.

When I arrived they could not find my booking at all even though I had my confirmation and welcome letter. It was extremely frustrating. The only room they had for me was a suite but I was forced to spend more versus taking care of the mistake.

The elevator for the south wing was creaking when we rode it the first day which made me a little nervous. (But it had clearly just passed inspection, and the next day it wasn't making any noise- maybe it needed WD 40?). Also the TV remotes were a little difficult to understand/ work. I wish the TV's had more of the major streaming services (like Hulu, Disney + and Max)

Everything was very clean and the hotel in general is very cozy, and quiet. The staff was helpful when you needed them but the hotel is set up that you can have as little or as much contact with the staff as you want. I liked having the option. Also our room was a great size and was comfortable.

The carpets in the hallway need replacing. They charged us $50 to have our dog there and they don't have any policy about putting dogs on the 1st floor which I feel would be nice as it's an easier walk. Pretty expensive at $350 a night but I guess that's the location and the room size.

Spacious suite that was very comfortable. Nice sized kitchen with small stove, full-sized fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good.

Roaches were crawling in the living area on my last day. The TV constantly skipped and stalled during watching programs. Light in the kitchen had to remain off due to flickering.

I liked the space and convenience of everything. It was close to the location I needed to be for work. It had the items in the room I was looking for.

A bit away from most attractions

Easy location from i35 highway, affordable, very nice room with separate living area and bedroom. Enjoyed having all essentials, large fridge, microwave, ice maker. Free bottled water was a nice touch and my name appearing on screen on the tv's was very nice. Free parking was great as other hotels nearby do not have any.

That check in lady was rude. I waited till check in time so she took her sweet time checking us in.

The location is good but the staff need improvements. The check in lady was rude! I was early so you wouldn’t let me check in to my room that was understandable but you let 3 other people check after me and they were early check in too.
