Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was dingy. Parts of the carpet were missing, the kitchenette was dirty, the toilet paper roll was coming off the wall. The mattress was very uncomfortable compared to when I have routinely stayed in this brand of hotel in the past.

Pet fee, $75 for the stay. Which in our case was just the one night.
Breakfast was great, waffles, burritos and bacon + a whole lot more.

Charged too much for a pet … $75 … rip off for a small well trained dog . Booking.com needs to pick up their game too… all they say when you are booking is “ there may be charges”… why can’t they say “it cost 75 dollars for your pet”. Then I would not have booked with them in advance like I did!!! Come on booking.com this is 2024 … you can do better !!!

Nothing was wrong and things could not have been better.
The location was near my friends house and the breakfast was good and substantial. Coffee was good as well. Amenities in the room were great.

The ckeck in . The borde young guy didnt make his job
I like the breakfast. But at check in we have to wait for 1 hour, and after we asked for the room. Was other person at check in said to us we are ready . But the Young skinny blonde guy at check in was un profesional and no helpful.

We arrived early and there were very few cars in the parking lot. The person at the desk put us in a room directly over a nightclub/bar where the music did not stop until after 12:30 am. It was literally thumping through the floor. This we did not discover until we got back from a family event and it was just too late to pack up all of our things and move to another room. We also found a dirty sock on the floor from the previous individuals that stayed in the room which makes me question the housekeeping. We found it in the morning when we were leaving.
It was close to where we needed to be and easy to get to.

Not enough hot breakfast options. The breakfast is monotonous .
The location is excellent. It’s opposite the mall so easy to shop and buy lunch and dinner. Very very neat and clean. Rooms are large and updated. Lots of hot water. bed is comfortable.

A little bit of bath water was left in the tub when we arrived. I think it wasn't drained after cleaning. Everything else was clean. After a horrible experience with Hilton Garden Inn we swore off Hilton. This Homewood Suites stay gave us faith in the Hilton brand again.
Very nice location. Loved the full fridge and kitchenette. Room was clean, spacious.

The handle in the kitchen would not stay up, we had to very carefully set the handle, so the water wouldn't keep running. The pool was very cold on the 1st night we were there and the 2nd night the pool was not even open due to a chemical imbalance, and the 3 young kids could not go swimming.
The breakfast was good, and the water pressure was great!

My room was not cleaned my entire stay. I had to ask for garbage bags and for towels. I continually asked and was told that it would be cleaned bur it never happened.
The breakfast was good. It had lots of variety and was fresh every day.
