The bedding is not comfortable. The use of a decorative half cover over a thin blanket in place of a comforter and typical duvet cover results in a tangle of sheets before you even get into bed. The bedding is arranged for appearance but not comfort. Housekeeping only comes upon request but the sign in the bathroom indicates every other day service. The lighting in the rooms is very dim so unless there's bright sunshine outside it's difficult to see inside and I have no vision impairment.

We enjoyed the one bedroom suite with kitchen for our one week stay. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. The rooms are well kept from a housekeeping standpoint but with moderate signs of wear on furniture, corners and high use areas.

The beds were super small. My husband and I were not able to sleep comfortably together so we slept separately with each kid. Maybe I didn’t read the bed size correctly but I never thought the bed size would be for a child. I think it might have been a full XL.

Good enough space for me and my family to move around in. Pool was fun and delicious breakfast.

The shuttle driver did not arrive and made it so that I had to wake my family to give me a ride to the airport. This was a chief reason to book so I found it disappointing x I believe they called to offer an Uber ride, but it seemed complicated and as if there would be additional fee of some sort involved. I wished the rooms were a tad brighter as well. The pull out sofa bed was well equipped with bedding, but the mattress was quite thin. The primary queen beds seemed to be very lovely though!

Staff was very accommodating and thoughtful, especially the lady that checked us in. She had very helpful and insightful suggestions and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Rooms were clean and spacious. My family reported that the breakfast buffet was very nice as well. The staff were even kind enough to pack me some breakfast items in the morning before breakfast service started to accommodate my early flight! Would definitely recommend and book again.

Overnight parking fee of $10. Free internet is sketchy and slow - the option of paying $4.95 for premium internet is available but free high speed internet is offered by most hotels - why can't this hotel offer the same?

First, booking screwed up our reservation even after charging us upfront. We were travelling with an infant and they had not confined the booking with the hotel. Instead of helping us find a room there when we reached they were giving me options for other hotels in the area. Thankfully the staff at the hotel had more customer focus and got us the room in the same hotel and managed everything themselves with booking. The folks at the hotels are truly gems. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good but could do with more veg options. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure

As soon as we walked in, the clerk was overwhelmed with three people. After finally getting to our room immediately it was like walking into a wall of stench. It smelled like the local homeless people collectively decided to have a party and pee on every piece of furniture in the room. Toilet didn’t flush. The carpet was stained. Didn’t touch anything, immediately checked out and went somewhere else that was double the price. And it was worth it.

I thought parking was included. Not only did I have to pay for parking, but then I didn't get a parking spot. They had supper tiny parking spots that did fit an average SUV. Supper passed at 11:00 pm at night and had no parking. I did not feel safe.
