Bathroom tub had not been completely cleaned when I arrived. Leftover hair on the tub/shower walls.

Location was convenient for the T station. Parking was included/free. Breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen staff maintained cleanliness and food very well.

Check-in had to happen by 11pm, rather than anytime. No fan control for the HVAC, which means we had to turn it off at night lest we suffer dryness from the fan blowing all night.

Room was spacious, and the location offered flexibility. Self-parking was available in an underground garage.

I would have preferred a more supportive bed but you can't please everyone.

I used the hotel as a temporary base while apartment hunting in Cambridge/Somerville (long-distance relocation with just luggage) and it was well suited for all my needs - spacious enough to not get claustrophobic spending a lot of time in the room, and had the facilities to not be restricted to living on take-out. Breakfast was generally good as far as hotel breakfasts go. The staff were really pleasant and helpful.

The location was very convenient to schools in Cambridge/Medford and had plentiful parking. The hotel is walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and running and biking trails. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we particularly enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the terrace in the mornings.

We were overall very happy with our stay. There were only two things of concern. First, the air-conditioned in the kitchen/dining area had a slight mildewy odor when turned it on. We thought it would dissipate after a few days but it did not. Probably the filter needs changing or cleaning, but it was also right after a lot of rains so might have been something the staff couldn't catch in time. The second concern was the placement of the television. It was located in the bedroom and could only be watched from bed. I would have preferred if it had been in the seating area. We could have watched it while preparing and eating dinner. These are minor concerns though and will not keep us from returning..

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect and this part of the city quiet and easy to walk. The staff were professional and friendly. This goes for front desk, housing keeping, and especially for the breakfast staff. The woman who managed the breakfasts was especially friendly each morning we saw her (we were there 10 days). Breakfast itself was great and saved us the trouble and expense of having to make breakfast ourselves. There was a small gym, which was nice, and we liked the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly. (There was a cute dog at the front named Ruby that we were able to pet some evenings.) The room itself was plenty big and had a large kitchen space with refrigerator. We were able to cook our dinners and eat lunch there, which saved a lot on money. We plan to return in the future.

Location is very far away from any type of center. Even the closest city bike station is 10-15min walk away. Breakfast is American standard - bagel level with zero veggies :)

I didn`t like how dark was the room, ive seen another pics on my photos when I was booking it here. And I asked administrator 'why', he said - another suit type. But I booked because of the pics in the options of Queen Suit without a wall between bed and a kitchen... so it was too dark. The bed (mattress) was too soft, my back ached. The pillows were toooooo soft. From the beginning, we had only one steak knife. I am very sorry, but where should I make grilled stakes at the hotel? There were no pots until we asked in the room. How do they prepare and check it before the guest comming - the answer is that they DON`T. The breakfast teared me apart - No gluten-free or dairy free options. If you stay about 20 days (and we had stayed there about 18!) you will eat only eggs, drink coffee, water, an apple and an orange (if you catch the fruits until 9, early hours for breakfast, but good for early birds). That`s it. We've seen cockroaches! 2, without wings, so they are not from the window. Room 135 should be checked. And the check in depart doesnt tell you about Hilton Honors to download, if you are new in the city/country. So all me stays were...unuseful when I downloaded the app after checking out.... Its good for 2-3 days. Yes, possible.
