We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe did not eat in the hotel. I don't mind getting ice from the front desk, but the coffee is an issue. When we came in last year, coffee vouchers were given, and we were able to get the size coffee. We wanted from the gift store. This year, plenty of coffee vouchers were given, but I wanted a large coffee to be taken with us on our daily adventures. Unfortunately, there was no coffee in the gift shop. Instead, the coffee was at the round bar. I understand coffee was available at their places, but that's not the exit our car was parked. The employees at the round bar only wanted to give enough coffee for a small, even with multiple vouchers. I would have rather I bought coffee, but that was not an option.
The staff at the front desk is so nice and wonderful to see coming and going during our stay. Gift shop staff, not as nice.

The lady on the day of check in (I wish I could remember her name) was very pleasant and accommodating. She made our initial first impression a wonderful one.

SwitzerlandThe lady at the lobby was fairly compliant. She first said that my credit card deposit wasn't registred and it turned to be OK until she went to her manager. Pool has shade in the afternoon but regarding the actual temperature it wasn't an issue.
Descent hotel in the Las Vegas neighborhood. Come here if you don't to pay resort fees and want to avoid overpriced Las Vegas Strip hotels during weekends. Pool was refreshing.

It is a little tired but still absolutely fine staying here. A big shout out to the very engaging and entertaining Diane who checked us in early in the heat and had us laughing out loud. Clean and quiet rooms. Fridge. A view. Good blinds. Shower rather than bath. A casino that still had a few machines where you could still play for 1c a go.

IndiaThe hotel decor is pretty old and badly needs a makeover. No Tea/Coffee maker in the rooms. All the restaurants in the hotel were shut down. So the only option for the food in the hotel is to buy frozen stuff from the shop and heat in the microwave in the room.
The lady at check-in was excellent, warm and very friendly. She went out of her way to allow us to checkout an hour after the scheduled check-out time even though the hotel apparently had no policy of such extended check-outs. She also guided us with lots of useful info about the Boulder City and places of interest to visit apart from the Hoover Dam. The hotel location is excellent. Just few minutes drive to Hoover Dam. The restaurants in Boulder City are just 10 minutes drive. Ample parking at the hotel. Lovely views of Lake Mead from the parking lot. We also saw some Bighorn Sheep grazing right next to the parking area. The rooms were clean. The hotel is okay for 1 night stay and very convenient if one wants to visit Hoover Dam for the first tours in the morning.
