1) Reception stuff, not always available - had to call central reservation office to wake-up the rescription clerk 2) broken/lousy luggage cart 3) bad gym - only 2 pieces of equipment, one of which was broken, the other untuned 4) kitchen furniture cheapest possible 5) no kitchen equipment (pots, pans, utensils) - you should buy from them!!!! 6) only 1 towels per week per person - you should buy those from them

Shampoo upon request, no blow drier available (despite the description saying the opposite), we didn't have a blanket, once asked later we got it but it sounded like they forgot to initially make the bed with it. Got 1/2 toilet paper and had request extra. The fitness room has two machines (elliptical and treadmill) and nothing else. I wouldn't stay for long at this place but it was alright for 2 nights.

We booked and paid for a room with 2 beds for 3 people but only got a room with 1 bed so our 3rd person slept on a dirty couch. The next day they moved us into the room we paid for but never refunded the money.

Staff were kind and the location is pretty good, close to UofM.

I would expect that an extended stay hotel with full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher would have some pots and pans, dishes and at least some starter supplies like dish suds so that you could use the appliances without bringing or purchasing your own articles.

Affordable cost with availability to have some meals in the room. Facilities for exercise.

They offered nothing but a bar of soap, toilet paper and 2 sets of 2 towels. There were no utensils, plates or towels in the kitchen. It was supposed to be non smoking but as we walked to our room the first night there was a guy smoking right outside of our room by the steps to leave. The entire building smelled like marijuana. They held $100 on my card because I paid with a debit and not a credit card which I have never had to do when I stayed at an extended stay before. Our bathroom door fell off , luckily I had tools in my son's hockey bag to fix it. The table in our room when moved looked like a baby deer trying to walk. The TV was disconnected from the TV stand. The lamps in the room were loose It snowed 1 of the days we were there and I could not get my car out of the parking lot, luckily someone from our team didn't leave their hotel yet and they came to pick us up after we walked to the neighboring property.

The front desk closed at 10pm, so we had to call for the night attendant to let us check in at 11pm. The Wi-Fi is only free for the first device. The rooms were clean (bathroom and bedding) with the exception of blood stains in the carpet next to both sides of the bed.

The cleanliness of the lobby was horrible. The counter was not wiped down and had big spots of dried hand sanitizer. There was dirt and paper pieces all over the floor. The person who checked us in was not knowledgeable with the computer and had to get someone else.

Day of reservation they called switched to me other location. New location didn't have my couch w pullout bed. We had 4 adult men we wanted the extra sleeping area. New hotel checked us in. We thought. Next shift came in and walked in our room cause they thought it was empty. The last shift didn't check us in. So I had to check in and get new cards and pay in person. The later shift was good he helped us out.

No clear signs to entrance and lobby. Had to wait 8 minutes for a staff person to come to the desk. Staff said there wasn't any deluxe rooms available as per online sign up and email verification said there was....or he didn't know what he was talking about. I then asked for a room with two beds at least and also asked if there would be a price change because I didn't get what I ordered and was told no. Our room did have a kitchen but I have no idea if this was "deluxe" or not. No receipt....no one at desk to check out so I was concerned about correct payment or overpayment.

Well for starters the bathroom had never been dusted in its entire life span. The shower had the previous tenants pubic hair all over it. Stain on the sheets. But my favorite was when one of the employees at check in asked me if I wanted to check the room out before I checked in. My first thought was who got murdered in it and how bloody is the room.
