the room was not fresh or had an unfresh cent scent.... if there are dogs allowed you must go the extra mile to make sure the room is fresh once a new person comes in... also the rooms in the vicinity smoke leaked in my room ..or it could have been because people were smoking right at the back door exit close tot he building, a sign should place them away from the doors because smoke travels back into rooms form the pool to rooms who want no smoking smell. dog poop all in the yard... I pick up my dog poop

The room I stayed in was filthy. The floors needed a good mopping, there’s was white powered all over the microwave and sink. The oven didn’t even work. There were holes and roaches in the walls.

The only good thing about this place is the location and front desk personnel.

Our AC sounded like it was wanting to go out, the bathroom had some cracks that were growing black mold.

The hotel rooms were outdated. The beds were small and reminded me of a motel and not a hotel. The staff was very nice but the rooms just were not what I expected and I checked out as soon as I woke up.

It was close to the beach and close to where we were going for our event that we traveled for.

The room was absolutely filthy. After a day spent walking around barefoot my feet would be black as night. We had a TV that didn't work one bit and no matter how many times we asked at the desk, no one did anything to help us. The room smelled moldy and mildew like. The shower had very low water pressure. A lot of handicapped rift raft looking people hanging out all over, maybe transient. Unhung pictures laying on floor with screws all over that my child kept getting into. Had to ask for a new cooking pan because the one in the room was beyond usable. Room was a sauna upon entering, housekeeping should have had air on before we arrived.

The rooms had a bad odor. The 3rd floor where I stayed smelled as soon as you got off the elevator. The carpet going to the rooms were smelly, dirty, and needed to be vacuum. The kitchen area needed to be tore down and redone. The sheets had stains on them.

I like that the location of the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and stores. The bathroom was clean.

Checked in around 5pm came to room no towels or wash cloths. Went to front desk they seemed lost so I ask a housekeeper they said oh sorry they in the washer we have no back up. Came back to room around 11pm still none went back to front desk they handed me dingy wash cloths and pool towels because apparently they still didn’t have any. Beds were okay room smelled like they mopped in windex. For the service and price it’s not worth it. It’s about 9 min from beac but close to Broadway board walk.

The huge pile of garbage out back, the people hanging around the parking lot, the smell of cigarettes in the building, the toilet paper for sale at the front desk, the reviews on line that I saw complaining of roaches. It was also 300$ for the night. Thank goodness I got a refund. There was no dumpster, so the garbage was piled high in a gigantic heap. I can only imagine the rats crawling around when the sun goes down.

The one employee at the front desk was nice.

The kitchen had not even 1 piece of tool you could use to make breakfast or a cup to drink from so because it was late night when I checked in, I went to the front desk in the morning to a man who is quick to say no but there was a lady back there who calm him down and got a spoon and spatchillar after about a 5 minutes wait.

Floors were so dirty throughout the hotel halls,lobby, and room. The ironing board and closet shelf was cakes with dirt!! Ironing board was also broken. The pool looks bigger on picture. The hotel has staff who don't where uniform so you don't know the difference of patron or staff. Elevator was like a seen from New Jack City.

The man at the front desk was really nice. He did not have any help but remained calm. He was nice to give us a refund.
