I didn't like that 4 of the 6 jets were broken in the jacuzzi. I also didn't like that the indoor pool and fitness center were closed.

I loved the room with the balcony so I could see the water. The room was spacious and clean with an amazing sized jacuzzi. I also enjoyed the dual walk in shower. The breakfast was very good as well.

Swimming pool indoor and gym closed. This was not communicated during or after booking. We discoved it just after checking in. We chose this hotel because of the pool to have one day of relax before flying back to Europe. No internet in the hotel due to a failure. We had to check in for our flights with some difficulties. Water was leaking from the ceiling of the corridor. Staff at reception did not make any effort to compensate or help for all these problems

The hotel didn't live up to its promises. There was no Wi-Fi, the ice machine was broken, and the vending machines weren't working either

The proximity to the stream, the interaction with nature, and the beautifully landscaped outdoor relaxation areas made up for any shortcomings.

Breakfast wasn’t great and the WiFi didn’t work. We were disappointed the fitness center and indoor pool were closed but no biggie.

The breakfast was the same everyday and just average. The bar and restaurant staff was excellent. The room was so clean and updated location was great and the price was great. The WiFi didn’t work our whole stay there. We had to go in the parking lot to use our phones but aside from that, very nice place.

Our room smelled like pot and seemed kind of low end. Could do with better bed mattresses and furniture. Fix the sliding doors so they actually slide.

Beautiful river and decks. Like the idea of the hotel being dispersed amongst it.

Too many things were not working. The big jacuzzi, no shuttle service to casino and then no wifi! I stayed here 10 years ago & really enjoyed it but I don’t believe they’ve updated anything since that time! Another disappointment- they closed their store and we were looking forward to ‘meet me in the woods’ shirts! The resort was full so that was a huge loss of revenue right there that could be put into updates!

This inn has very dedicated and helpful employees. From check in to wait staff and bartenders, all were great.

Restaurants staff at all places took very long time 1st night at shogun restaurant was there over a hour sitting before we got our dinner so it was getting close to closing time and I felt rushed. 2nd night bad bartender and waitresses who gave us menu's but never came back and waited on us after 45 mins of waiting asked server why can't be served they said kitchen closed after waiting that long

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The streamside room is the best. Both Pools were open but I cannot wait until they reopen the massive jacuzzi it looks special. I never ever saw one as exquisite!

It would have been nice if our room had an actual window instead of a door. The room was musty-smelling, and the carpet was damp. You could not walk around the room in your socks, and when I told the man at the front desk, he acted like he couldn't have cared less. He asked me why I thought it was wet, like it could have been my fault. We were in a hurry, so I did not pursue the issue, but it would have been nice if he at least acted like he cared.

Check-in was easy. The two women at the desk were very welcoming. The place was really interesting looking, and we loved the view of the waterfall from our room balcony door. I wish it were a slider or a big window. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was great, and the person in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful.

My only con, and this is my fault for not doing more research before booking - the rooms in the tower are much older and outdated than what I saw from rooms on the other side of the resort. The rooms in the tower are very old, AC doesn't work great. The room was clean, but next time I would definitely book a room in the newer or updated side.

I loved the property at The Woodlands Resort. The daily complimentary breakfast was delicious. The owner, his daughter and most of the staff were beyond friendly. The reort is very big, offers a lot for food options, pools. Crescenzo's pizza was very good with absolutely delicious wings. We really enjoyed it.

A variety of Restaurants/bars and music/entertainment on premises. Servers were enjoyable to have, friendly and kept up on their tables even when extremely busy! Sogun restaurant had amazing food! Breakfast is complimentary now, our last stay they charged!

I had to get a different room because the air wasn't working. Each day I had to get my card for the new room activated very annoying. Light bulbs blew out and when I went to front desk they told me there was no one to replace them now and never were changed The food could have been better

When I did the check in for 7 adults they only gave me 3 beds… when I went to the front desk to ask if they could help me they said it was my problem my mistake and they have no rooms available to change. That part was disappointing. I had to wait to next day to get a room with 2 beds. They were not a lot of towels around I had to walk wet to my room

Everything was good location clean pools were clean. Staff was friendly a few times a girl in front desk was a little bit rude but that was it overall good and clean. Breakfast not much to choose from. Only one waffle machine had to wait 15 min to get my waffle done…
