Omg, the shotty work/repairs done to the place...hope they didn't pay much for the labor...
The staff with the exception of the man with the dot on his forehead was friendly, not that he was an ass or anything, he just had that "i don't wanna be here or help you" attitude...

Staff was helpful. Breakfast items were very limited. No elevator! Please list this fact. Needs a thorough cleaning. Water pressure was fantastic!

Breakfast was marginal but you already know that. What needs improvement is the lobby area. First impression as a result is not positivee

Layout of the rooms very awkward with bathroom sink right as you go into your room. Walls were pretty thin and could hear the people in the rooms next to us.

There is NO POOL as advertised. The bathroom door wouldn't open all the way. We tried to get a handicap room, and couldn't get one. Room was clean, but due to leaving room late, around 10 am, it would not get serviced. I had to get towels. The ice machine was at the far end of hallway.
We didn't get the breakfast. We ate close by. The hotel was close to a relative. Convenient to main shopping areas.

The staff. We stayed there a few nights before that week and did not like it. But coming back through we decided to stay again and when we were checking in the manager got mad at us because I left a bad review and started questioning us about it and said what do you expect for the price it’s and old place. Did he not think he was making it even worse on himself. I really did want to give this place another chance but the way Don i think was his name was acting and yelling. They told us they just decided this year not to open the pool. It had to be longer than that because they had a tree growing out of it!
It was the closest we could find to the clinic we needed to go to

The first bed was uncomfortable.
The location was perfect for us. And the other hand the breakfast wasn’t so good specifically the waffle. Just an advice add eggs, sausages and apples to your menu.

The pool was closed, rooms were dark, and the bathroom was dirty, stains on the wall and I believe it was mold on the shower head. Breakfast was waffle and juice. No actual fruit options or meat options.
Honestly since it's like the only hotel near the event I attended. It had a bed and AC.

I didn't like the fact that the pool wasn't able to use because of repairs and also the breakfast wasn't satisfactory. I feel like since the pool wasn't able to be used it was false advertisement because I wasn't informed before checking in or during checking in

The place was not clean. The AC was also turned off. It was 107 degrees outside, that is just an abuse. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the AC is off in the lobby, hallway, and the hotel room. Once we got to our room we turned on the AC because it was off and extremely hot. There were roaches in the lobby. No cleanliness at all. The place felt and looked dirty. Very unpleasant to stay at. No elevators and you have to walk to the 2nd floor with all your luggage. Overall an unpleasant experience. The price for the hotel was not appropriate for what you receive. Too pricey and not worth the price at all.

First day woke up with a sinus infection so kids stayed in that room and they woke up with a sinus infection, changed room. For the next 1 1/2 weeks, the room was cleaned may be just 3-4 times EVEN after telling the painter that room is not being cleaned it still didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was moved off BEfORE time several times.

Nothing bad to say, I only went because it was the middle of the night. All I needed was the bed and I jus just that!
It’s clean, and neat. I like that. And I like how the towels are folded by the sink. I have never seen it like that (I’m not well traveled), so I thought it was cool. I also hate elevators and escalators. So stairs are a plus.

Only half of the lights in the room worked, Some were not plugged in. One of the dresser drawers would not stay closed. You had to push hard to get the door to open.
