Our non smoking room absolutely smelled like smoke. Because we only stayed one night, I didn’t request another room.

The amenities at this property were numerous. But the quality was just ok/good, not great.

the pool was cold and the water looked disgusting, if I suggest anything it would be to clean the pool.

the property was clean, and the staff were super friendly. I loved that they had additional kitchen items, available for guest, ie air fryers, blenders, crock pots.

Room smelled of smoke. Hotel had removed mini golf but hadn't communicated that on their website when we booked.

The location was close to Hershey amusement park. The kitchen inside of the room. Nice pool and the game room for the kids.

Seems like the hotel was built to fast. Flooring is so uneven, and doors don’t seem to close. You could hear a lot of road noise. Not a good hotel for a light sleeper.

The front desk worker needs a raise. He was very helpful and informative on where to eat and see.

The bathroom wasn't very clean- there were stains in the toilet. Also the pillows were strangely small and the breakfast choices very limited.

The room was quite spacious and included everything we needed. Having a full size refrigerator was awesome. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have an indoor pool and a game room for the kids.

Heater control in unit. Could not choose automatic setting so that once your room air temperature reached the temp you set it at, it should should turn off. Loud fan kept on running all night.

Location was where we wanted to stay. Only problem was you could not put the heat control on auto so that based on your temp setting it should turn off. Since auto setting was broke, it was either fan was on at all times or you had to turn it off .

Not much u can do about it but as soon as u walk into the lobby, there's a strong smell of chlorine from the pool.

The bfast and the soda and other items that was never the bfast area that you had to pay for they need to be put some where else there was other that got stuff from that area and the guy come out and told us both that we had to buy them they was not happy and either was we

You could have cereal and milk and eggs and some kind of meat and the things like the soda and chips and the cold food needs to be better marked that you have to buy it and not have it in the bfast area was not happy with what was for bfast I could have went down the road and spent 10.00 more and got a better bfast my other family was at the other hotel and they got a very good bfast that is one thing We was not happy with don't know if we will be back there you need to put your bfast there was a couple other family that was there and was not happy with the bfast when we was down there sitting

Pool area was very loud, beds were a little hard, and room doors stuck.

We can't really complain about anything. Bed was a little harder then we liked but managed we had a room with a balcony so there was a little draft.

We like that there was a king bed and stove top as we don't like to eat out much.The room was clean and quite. It was not far from where we needed to go. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool due to a mishap with the pump but im sure we would of loved it. We also didn't get to use the game room but agian sure we would of enjoyed that too.
