Locked door to access the adjoining room = you can clearly hear what’s happening next door (TV, children, conversation). Noise from the fridge. Room on the ground floor near the lobby = noise from staff, noise from smokers outside the building right behind my window. No breakfast at all. If I open my curtain, everyone can see directly into my room. Impossible to open the window to air out the room. Upon entering my room, a strong smell of dampness. Showerhead mounted too low and swivels on its own during the shower. My room was not cleaned for 2 out of the 6 days of my stay. I request an invoice for my stay and it is refused, supposedly because Booking must provide it. Yet it is clearly stated in Booking’s terms that it is the hotel’s responsibility to issue it for the total amount paid!

Not so much. Proximity to the city center and the airport. Price.

The room was dirty, the floor had chunks of mud on it and some pink chunks of something. Bathroom sink and tub was dirty and had someone else’s hair in it. The room stunk like stale cigarette smoke.

The bedsheets were clean, but had holes and burn marks from a previous guest's cigarettes. The pillows were also very small. The floor and inside of drawers needed to be cleaned out and swept still.

The AC ran very cold, and the price was low for the area and event.

The hotel was not as nice or clean as it looked in the photos. I saw a roach in my room one night- couldn't tell if it was dead or alive but didn't want to find out. Housekeeping opened my door one morning despite me putting a "Do not disturb" tag on my front door - they wanted to change the bathroom towels and were nice. However, I could have easily been naked when they opened my door. There are a lot of smokers who stay at this hotel and smoke outside the front entrance and parking lot at all hours of the day and night which I didn't like. The room phone in my girlfriend's room didn't work and her TV had no signal. I had to request an iron and ironing board - something that most hotels already include in the room. My soap dispenser didn't work by the sink

Too many dog owners with dogs on leashes roaming the property. Two dogs that appeared to be pit bulls were aggressive with each other in the lobby. I was getting ready to get on the elevator and one pit bull owner and dog tried to get in the elevator with me. I refused, got out and let them have the elevator to themselves. I waited for the next elevator, as I was entering the other pit bull owner approached with his dog to enter, I told him not to bring the dog in and to catch the next elevator. In both cases the dog owners responded with, the dog won't bite. I said yes, it won't bite you because it knows you.

The property is quite old and not that clean. Coffee kettle had not been cleaned. There was leftover coffee in it from previous guests. Floor had not been properly cleaned.

Staff is so nice and helpful. The location is near the airport and near public bus. There are snack and drink machines for guests. Airport shuttle service is available but we didn’t use because we have to go to another town.

Room with 2 beds was too small for 3 adults. Sink too high for short people. No noise protection from the very loud highway right next to property. No functioning clocks in room

NOISE! I could hear people in the lobby talking like they were standing in my room. Car alarms in the parking lot. At 5 am someone outside my room vacuuming. Also tv cable was disconnected so had to have a tech come fix it. No breakfast. Price was jacked up for race weekend.

Some minor things. Soap and lotion dispensers were empty. TV remote controls were confusing. You had to use two.

Customer Service exceeded my expectation. Check-in was attentive, welcoming, and easy. The room was comfortable. The TV channels & WiFi worked. We also liked having a small fridge, microwave and a bathtub.

I never really managed to master the TV and remote control, so I missed the many channels that they apparently have.

I arrived in the evening and left very early the next morning on my way to the airport. What can I say, it did the job.

Floor was sticky had to clean it up, toilet wouldn’t flush properly and someone was smoking pot on our floor. Told the front desk and she just kept apologizing. Not sure she understood what we were saying.
