Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Property is old so you will realize as soon as you enter and also the entrance of this hotel is at the backside of the main road!
Quick checkin process, spacious room and decent breakfast! Rooms are clean and great staff!

Only because I have to leave a comment here, there was a patch of dried, spilled nail polish on the floor. But it was out of the way and didn’t bother us.
Loved how clean, comfortable, and put together the room was! Very nice! Very impressed!

My room wasn't clean. My sheet had stains and it smelled funny. I stripped my bed, sprayed, and used my own sheets. The morning staff wasn't friendly and the evening and night shift. I dont know what the problem could've been.
I always enjoy being close to some shopping places. It's comfortable, great area, breakfast is ok, some of the staff is friendly.

The only negative thing I really have to say is that the breakfast wasn’t very good. But for free breakfast I didn’t expect much. Lol so it really wasn’t that big of a deal. It kept me from getting hungry until I got “better” food.
The quiet and cleanliness of the place is what got my positive attention the most. The staff was very nice as well! I had the pleasure of interacting with at four while people while I was there and each one of them were knowable of the area and/or very pleasant.

In our initial room after being in the room for only 30 minutes we killed 4 roaches. I was extremely pissed after being on the road and was ready to relax. I was afraid to take the roaches home. I notified the front desk person who apologized but advised they did not have anything comparable to our room available. We had to drag all of our luggage back to the car. We slept in our clothes and on top of the bedding with two lights on. The next day I was moved to a different room. The new room was bug free, but there hairs on the bathroom floor and towels. I did not care because I brought my own towels and at least I did not see one roach in the new room after staying for a week. The place looks really clean and I can tell the staff makes efforts to keep the place clean. The gym, laundry facility and pool area was clean. I also suggest a change machine be provided in the laundry room.
Breakfast is good, they have waffles, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, tea, juice, coffee and milk. They also had biscuits and gravy, cheese omelettes and sausage links. Everything you need to have a decent breakfast, this saved us about $30 per day since we did not have to purchase breakfast and snacks. They also had complimentary lemon water in the lobby. I also liked that the staff refreshed the rooms daily with towels and removed trash.
