We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Times are hard, I'm handicap I wanted a day away from it all. Requested a handicap shower, I sent an email left a message. It said pets are accepted didn't see anything about how much. I emailed as well. I called nobody answered. I get there no handicap bathroom. I was worried about falling. Room was on the second floor n far from elevator. Getting there was hard I was exhausted by the time I got there. Room smelled description of place said recently renovated.. maybe 20 years ago. Breakfast said good.. coffee and a bar some hot chocolate packs.. why did I even wake up for that. Just a waste of my money when I just wanted to get out. Wasn't cheap cost 150 before tax and 25$ per pet. I asked for help they saw a handicap woman struggling. Water in shower wouldn't turn off heard it all night. If you know you have someone coming why not turn refrigerator on? I had to turn it on n wait for it to get cool. Well I'm done complaining it's making me sad I spent the money

United KingdomStaff at check in not particularly friendly or engaging Location was like an office park, nothing interesting nearby, although only a short drive to downtown San Diego Room had cockroaches, a major turn off. Kitchen had no utensils and was next to unusable. Staff grrudgingly provided minimal cutlery and claimed there were no pots or pabs available so I couldn't cook anything except for the microwave. I was relieved to leave.

United StatesElevator was broken. Bathroom sink was clogged. Lights in room kitchenette burnt out. Phone in room didn’t work. The stairways were dirty, and many guests were leaving trash bags, laundry, etc. in hallways and stairwells. It was not being cleaned daily. Either because of short staffing, or because of elevator being broken, and nobody wanted to haul things up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. Unclean, unkempt, unmaintained, understaffed.
Affordable/cheap room rates. Beware, you get what you pay for.

United StatesThe floor did not seemed vacuumed. There was a lot of pet hair on my clothes. The restroom walls were very dingy, possibly moldy. The shower head was not connected well so it was leaking alot. One of the lamps didn't work. There were bugs in the room and restroom. There was hair on the restroom sink. The room did not match our expectations based off the pictures.
I liked the location. Not too crowded and felt safe.

United StatesI really disliked that the management came to check inventory in my room during my stay. I am a single female and these were two guys entering my hotel room. I just asked my brother to come over during the scheduled time, but I feel that I should've been notified before or during the booking process so that I could have changed my accommodations. The water pressure in the shower was also horrible and the water spigot for the bath tub was completely loose and when you tried to convert it to shower head the entire thing dang near pushed itself in the wall.
I love the laundry on site. Some machines take card which is a great option.

United StatesThe room was suppose to be a king, we were given a queen-no king available. The grab and go breakfast on 3 0f 4 days was only coffee, usually black-no cream or milk. There were no kitchen items available. we were given 2 mugs and 2 very old plastic glasses-this was all they had to give us.
The staff was very friendly and tying to help us with the room.. They were very short staffed and trying to do it all, (check in guest, troubleshoot rooms, help guests) They were trying to do their best.
