We were booking because of the included water features. Understandably, the pool was usually very crowded with children, which was fine, but when we decided later in the evening to go use the hot tub, it was out of order and being worked on. It never got fixed during our 3 day stay, which was disappointing. We got into the pool instead and realized how much gunk was floating on the surface, so we got out quickly. The waterslide is not connected to the pool at all. It is just a slide with a little water trickle but does not let out into water. We felt like that detail was left out in the description. As far as cleanliness, the room was pretty good, the parking lot, smoking area and outdoor trash cans were running over two of the three days of our stay. The floors in the lobby into the elevator were constantly wet, which concerned us as a slip hazard. The elevator makes a scary bang sound as it stops at ground floor. There was a very strong odd odor in the hallway elevator and lobby 2 of the days we stayed..smelled like spicy fried food cooking?? Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the things mentioned above did not negatively change our visit.

Tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly. The bed was so very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast options were adequate. Room was a nice size, bathroom adequately stocked with towels, washcloths, shampoo lotion and soap, tp and Kleenex. We felt safe in the area. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants, easy access to highway. Air conditioner in room ran quietly and kept a nice cool temp. Plenty of parking. Good variety of vending machines near lobby.

the bathroom in our room smells like sewage.. the lady in charge of the pool area was very rude and always yelling about something with the kids.. the breakfast food was not very good, some tasted old, and eggs were under cooked one of the days.. Water was always on the floor , i saw server people almost fall, staff was trying to keep up with the water on the floors from the pool.. there's got to be a better way to control the water.

It was so crowded in the pool that you couldn't swim and you had to wait your turn to get into the hot tub so many kids in and out of the hot tub. Beds need to be updated and the shower in the king rooms need a hook for towels right by shower.

I found a medication pill for depression on the floor of my room. I had my two young children with me. That was really my only concern.

The staff were great! They always greeted us and had a smile on their face! The slide lady is a blast and very friendly!

The room needs to be cleaned better. We used the hide a bed and it had food pieces all over the bed. Found a little kids sock "under" the bed. There isn't really an under the bed though. It's like two inches then a board. A vacuum definitely goes under it. Would've seen that sock for sure. Shower is weird, you walk in and around a very tiny corner but you can still see out/in. It needed a shower curtain or a door. I get the concept but, no.

Room was large enough for myself and 3 teen boys range of 13 to 15. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was perfectly placed for parents to watch kids while still being able to enjoy it. Stayed on second floor and it was very quiet after about 10 when the pool closed for the night. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice when checking in as were the two women I encountered at breakfast. The waffle mix clogged up and another man tried to help un clog it. In the process, a huge mess. They came out to help, kept a great attitude and I'm not kidding when I say it was a mess. Everyone chipped in and it was cleaned up pretty fast.

Pool was over chlorinated, didn’t have enough pillows or blankets for my king suite, broken microwave and fridge temperature gauge.

The pool area was nice for young children. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure/temperature in the bathrooms, and the breakfast was overall good.

The sofa bed we had in our room had visible coffee stains. We were provided a mattress protector and extra bedding but unfortunately didn’t get another mattress 🫤 we were given the opportunity to change rooms and declined

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the water slide and pools! Small enough for parents to relax and allow kiddos to explore but big enough to accommodate ages 3-10

Didn't like the other guests. They had a high rate of low class guest. As soon as you pull in the parking lot, multiple people out smoking and drinking on the curb in front of the hotel. Hand some a$$hat next door banging, pounding & kicking the door to get in @ 4am , FOR OVER AN HOUR ! Finally called front desk. And they said oh "we know who it is ." As if this is an ongoing problem. Um, excuse me, kick them to the curb.

It was comfy and clean . Had the cutest little water park. I'd say ages 1-8 would totally love it.

Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options. Room was really big and mostly clean. Water park attendant was fantastic! My kiddos loved all the water fun and it was perfect for them-the bigger pool is only 3 foot deep. We enjoyed the hot tub and the staff was mostly very friendly!

The smell in the hallway of the hotel was gross, urine, animal, gross, on third floor. Room was cleaned but had dirt on lamp shade, bathroom door hard to open and close.

The Waterpark was fun, beds decently comfortable, and a very nice free breakfast. Bed was pretty comfy and room relatively clean.
