United StatesI did not like the location, the type of customers and entrance and lobby. I did not like the set up breakfast station between the elevator and front entrance. I especially did not like the smell of smoke as soon as you walked in the non-smoking room with signs posted.
I was not familiar with the area and the place was not in the best location. The price probably matched what I got. It looked good on the website but it was lowered standings in person. I had an unexpected night and couldn’t afford the hotel that I stayed in for two days. I choose ES because of the price. It was scary at first with the type of people walking in and out, the front door appeared broken and did not close, the flooring was sticky throughout the hotel. The breakfast didn’t match the website, either. Luckily, there were cameras and I felt safe, even though I push a chair up against the door. The room, itself was clean, including the tub, bedding and kitchen area, but the floor was sticky. I did have a peaceful and well rested night once I settled down.

United StatesBreakfast was gas station food- not a value add. Elevator was broken, so a trek to the 3rd floor. The horizontal surfaces were clean, toilet and sink were clean, but the vertical surfaces-- walls, refrigerator doors, walls, bathroom door, chairs-- all need a good cleaning. I had read reviews in advance and brought Lysol wipes.
Room was spacious and quiet. It was clean *enough* though there was room for improvement definitely. It was in a bustling area with lots of food and shopping options around, and it was easy to find. Staff was pleasant.

We knew everything was booked in Pittsburgh for the game and homecoming for Pitt. This was convenient enough to stay and we knew what to expect. Bed was comfortable. Lots of lights. Staff was very nice

United StatesRoom was dirty when we checked in. Hair all over in bathroom.(on toilet seat, on sink, in tub, on towels). There were crumbs on the counter in the kitchen area and on the seats at the desks. There was a buildup of grease on the backsplash in the kitchen. There was a sign on the front door stating the door is locked overnight, yet there was another exterior exit door at a back stairwell/hallway that was left wide open all night. (We noticed that it was wide open when we arrived at 9pm and was still wide open when we checked out at 8am). Not good as far as security is concerned.
