Dirty floors and to much carpet in the commen areas. Old beds that are uncomfortable. Having Rheumatoid arthritis you need a comfortable bed not a hard bed.

Breakfast was good and the food was hot. The juice machine had been out for over a week per the staff. The carpet was dirty and stained. Don't put carpet in a dining area unsanitary.

The hotel had a lot of outside traffic coming in. From parties to unwelcome guest two people selling things outside of the hotel also smoking from our neighbors and I have my children with me. The bed still had blood or whatever the stuff was stuck inside the seat so we had to request new sheets and a new refrigerator within the room

The hotel was 20 minutes from the beach and next to a lot of food attractions so that was the best part

As a guest and for the rate you charge. I should not have to come in cleaning a room that should have been cleaned. This hotel needs an update I wish I had photos but they needs to do better especially with the rate you charge.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The hair dryer did not work. The knob to control the shower temperature was broken. People in the room next to mine were very loud and inconsiderate.

I liked the pool and the variety of breakfast foods. The bed was also comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice and professional.

Building needs updating! Halls have bad smell likely from carpets. Bathrooms are small and not very clean; there was mold on the outside bottom edge of the shower. Breakfast area needs better layout, and food was not kept very hot. Room walls thin, could hear TV next door.

The room was not like the pictures online. I was actually disappointed in the room I received. There’s a rusted towel rack, bed was very loud from just sitting on it, and my carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

I paid extra to stay at this hotel because of the indoor pool and yet I arrive to the pool being shut down for maintenance. I could have paid way less to stay at a hotel without a pool.

Cold kitchen,cold shower,fridge didn’t work, had to move to a heated room for proper heat, because 3 hours went by and the room was not heated then no extended stay!

Staff wasn’t helpful. Paint was peeling off wall due to previous water leak in room above. Only left me a half roll of toilet paper. Trash in hallways from other guests for a long time. Trash cans in rear overflowing. Unable to adjust TV darkness in settings or remote, so TV was not enjoyable. Dog barked all morning.

Location very close to food and entertainment. Property has pool and fitness room. Room and bathroom was clean.

I didn't like being disabled I had 2 walk such a long way to get to the elevator to get to my room & long hallways ... I asked for more towels & wash cloths & never got any no room service during my stay ... The hallways were extremely hot & being I'm on oxygen that was a issue but I survived it overall

I liked the staff was very nice & friendly especially the lady serving breakfast. I am disabled & she was extremely helpful to me & very sweet please thank her for her compassion & help ... I enjoyed my stay overall
