Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Absolutely Nothing.
The place is large and clean. The WIFI, in the room, worked fine as did the coffee maker. I did not try the Television. The Parking Lot is fairly empty. Location is next to a McDonald and a block away from a gas station. Very quiet facility. Very close to Pontiac, if you are going there, and the Interstate, if you are not.

We were on the 3rd floor and it either smelled like cigarettes or weed, depending on the time of day! They also only served eggs sausages and potatoes on weekends only! The rooms were very outdated! Pillows were terrible , tv was crooked and the office chair barely had any pleather left on it.
It seemed to be very clean and near where we needed to be! It was also very quiet

There was a cockroach in my room. The bedspreads had white stains on them. The staff were unbothered by the presence of roaches in the room. When I asked for a card to contact the manager the email was "blocked". I was there for 6 days. When I asked for a room cleaning, the bed was made and the sheets were not changed. There were still crumbs in the bed. They don't have a working printer, scanner or computer. They tell you to email any documents you need to them and they claim they don't receive it. This place doesn't care about the satisfaction of the customer or the quality of their establishment.

Had to put a $100 deposit for incidentals down at the time of registering. Nothing said anything about this when reserving the room online.

They wanted a 100. Security deposit that wasn't mentioned before hand, and they didn't want to give me a receipt for the deposit.

Roll-away bed was not availabe for our granddaughter with a single king bed and there were no other rooms available. The night manager attitude was take it or leave it attitude and even grumpy. I have to grant him that the manager emailed me immediately back saying that he didn't have a rollaway bed 24-hours before our arrival but I had turned off my phone and didn't look at it. It was my fault but the way the manager handled it could have been better. I think it is a good person but needs further people skills training.
Breakfast was comprehensive and good for plant-based dietary needs. Rooms were clean and good repair.

The hotel itself didn't have the AC on so the hallways were really humid. I thought I was in Mexico or something.
The staff was very nice. But I didn't have any issues so I didn't have the luxury of seeing them when someone is wrong.

It ended up being more than I thought it was going to be. It looks like it was a very nice hotel at one time but now a little dated. The carpeting on the stairs were a little worn and there were a few stains on the comforter. The beds were very high. The shower curtain didn't cover the shower so water got on the floor. The eggs in the hot breakfast were rubbery and they made you leave breakfast right at 10 a.m. even if you were still eating
For the most part it was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I like how the bathroom was split. There was a separate door for the toilet and shower so you could still use the sink and mirror if someone was in the shower. It was a two story hotel with a nice spiral staircase in the middle of the lobby. A nice lobby with a TV. They have a nice dining area with a free hot breakfast. The sausage, home fries, waffles & other items were really good! They have an outdoor pool. For the most part I was satisfied!

Outdoor pool was cold and the area around the pool was dirty and cluttered with garbage, like it wasn’t maintained well.
Easy to find. Safe location, staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean.

When we walked into our room, N0. 132, I noticed that the desk chair is badly worn, it looked awful. Does not give you an initial good pressure when you walk in. I took a picture of the chair which I will send to the Inn.
Breakfast room was nice and clean and a great breakfast.
