The hallways smelled bad, the room smelled not great. The bed had no comforter on it and just had a top sheet so it was very cold when sleeping

The room had damages that hadn't been repaired. Drawer front pulled off, and missing. Freezer door hinge loose. Bathroim towel rack loose. The covers on the beds were thin. They were more like a throw rather than a comforter.

The fact that the room was clean. It smelled clean as well as looked clean. The room design and layout is amazing. The staff was extremely friendly.

The facility was clean, the staff were very professional and nice and helpful. However, none of the exercise equipment worked in the facility. The staff tried to get the equipment working, however it appears the exercise equipment has not been working for some time. Which was very disappointing.

You can smell marijuana right when we were walking in the hallway. When we enter the room, its smells mildew and strong air spray or something that gives us headache. The room was spacious but outdated and dirty. Sheet on the pull out couch is obviously not changed. Carpet has stains all over. When i booked the room, it says there will be a free breakfast but the next morning i got up and check there is non, not even a coffee or tea. Even if they had, i wont let my kids eat whatevers in there. I just couldnt back out after checking in around 10pm because my family was driving back up to chicago and we already did 8hrs with 4 kids ages 11 months-10yrs old. We checked out even before 9am. Because im afraid that the kids will be sick if we stay longer there.

Almost everything, the smell and people are popping up in your room at 1:30am trying to get in definitely a safety issue! Alot of drug addicts and no housekeeping! They're in dire Need of New Management!!!!!!

This room was kinda gross. There was hairball over the floor of the bathroom and carpeting everywhere! We couldn't even walk around without our socks. This was supposed to be a suite with a kitchen. There were no dishes, pots, pants, glasses, utensils, etc! No coffee pot! The lobby was out of coffee. I chose this place because we stayed here several years previously. Obviously under different management. Such a disappointment!!! We would have gone somewhere else except for the fact that it was so late when we actually got in from the concert, and tired from the drive down to Macon.

Room was disgusting with blood on the floor and the toilet and sink was stopped up. No smoke detector in the room and a very thin blanket. Customer wasn’t available my whole stay.

We used to stay here when it was Extended Stay the room was clean and you got dishes everything in the room was in working order, now don't come here. It's like staying in the projects. Half the lights in the room don't work, the air conditioning doesn't work properly, you have an iron with no iron board, they have no dishes to give you, kids running through the hall. And the excuse from the staff is "sorry that's the way it is here." You wonder if you're going to be safe. I will not stay here ever again. Rather spend the extra money somewhere else.

I couldn't able to get the room I booked through booking.com. I have a confirmation of one room with two queen beds but they gave me a queen room with a 1 queen bed. It smelled awful The one above's walking is feel and hear in my room. It was loud enough to wake me up. There are small insects in the room
