The air I'm our room didn't work and the tub was backing up. I called the desk and the gentleman came to check it out. When I came back from getting some food I saw the guy and asked him about it. He said that they tried contacting me..calling the room...the damn phone in the room didn't work either! So my question was why didn't they call my cell. They collected all my info at check in.

The beds were comfy. The room was clean.

Would have rated higher on bonus question, but the toilet seat and toilet base was wobbly. I had to let the front desk know it. Toilet base was never tightened.

Room was nice, but you could only see the tv where the bed was, but where the couch was located.

Breakfast was ok. Good not great. They ran out of sausages but the attendant brought some out to me. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were good. Water pressure in shower was good. Plenty of parking. Very near stores and restaurants.

I have never seen a toilet so low to the floor. This was not a standard toilet. I have to remember to ask for a handicap room to have a higher one next time we stay.

We had people above us with kids and the issue was only how loud they were at all hours of the day and night. Several times you could tell they were jumping off the bed and racing back and forth. I mentioned it to the staff multiple times and nothing really got done about it. He only offered to move my room to a different room that wasn’t what I paid for. I paid almost $400 for a king room for the weekend and didn’t think it was fair to only be offered to have my room downgraded to solve the issue. I just wish there would’ve been more done to help accommodate us.

Issue with bathroom wall. There was black mold , and chunks missing from the wall. The bureau was all scratched and the drawer was broken.

Like several other hotel chains we've stayed at recently, this hotel's bathroom featured a short toilet designed for preschoolers - very uncomfortable for adults, and for anyone with back or knee issues difficult to sit or rise from. Also, the shower head was completely stationary, no room for adjustment - and so high on the wall that I couldn't reach it anyway. That's annoying, since it was set to a nice angle for a six-foot person, but not all people are tall. I don't know how much money hotels are saving by buying toddler-size toilets and putting shower heads out of reach but it is costing them BIG in customer satisfaction.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to the exit off I-95.

The rooms were not good. Not only were they dirty but old. The bathroom tub/showers were dirty and moldy, the toilet in one room ran all the time. The refrigerators were either too cold or didn't get cold. The bedding, especially the dust ruffles were not clean. Maybe because everything was in bad shape. We just made the best of it. The staff may our stay worth the stay!

Something happened in the computer with my reservation, and booking asked that they let stay in a room and fix the issue in the morning since I had paid and they were not trying to accommodate at all not even the manager who was called.

It seems to have understaffed. It took over 10 minutes to get checked in. We waited alone in the lobby for that time. At breakfast they were constantly out of coffee.

Great location very close to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable.
