The parking lot at night did not feel safe. Also, our room, while nice and cold, felt “damp”. Almost like there needed to be a humidifier used.

The front desk staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond to get us a first floor king room, even checking to make it was clean and ready before we went to the room.

The staff at the front desk when I was checking out was basically not there. Had to call on a phone to get their attention but they never answered so I had to just leave my room key and leave. Staff needs to be more present.

It was very clean and was a good price. The breakfast items at the breakfast bar was really good.

The elevator did not work at one point of our stay. We took the stairs that were dirty. The facility is old and the bedding and towels are old and very used. Table stand between the beds as old and chipped and just very old. I moved it back and there was dust all back there. The pillows are old and the just everything is very old. The shower was slippery and the tub facility was old. The sink faucet had not been scrubbed in a while. The staff do the best they can but I can tell management spends very little to keep the place going. This was not worth the cost.

I did not like that there was no coffee pot or coffee in the room. not everyone gets up between 6- 9 for the free breakfast.

No breakfast, just packaged items and coffee/tea. We ate out for breakfast. No hair dryer in our room. Laundry soap had to be purchased at the front desk and was expensive. Hotel is outdated but clean.

It was affordable compared to other hotels in close proximity to our Basketball Tournament at Warren Central High School.

W hen I arrived it took 15 minites before someone checked me in. The door to the room was diificult to open I had to go to desk 3 times before ithe door would open. The door would not unlatch and would not open. I reported it to front desk they did not believe me there was an issue with the door. The problem was not the card. The room also smelled of bug spray.

Absolutely nothing went to check in last night and they told me my room had been canceled and I was not even notified until I went to the front desk to check in. Extremely disappointed on in the experience.

Barking/whining dog. Elephant stomping above me. Screaming kids in hall. No ice machine in building. Not one kitchen utensil or plate or even a paper towel. Uncarpeted floor was freshly mopped, but was extremely slippery the three days I was there. Had to be very careful walking. Entrance door on east end of building was either propped open, broken, or chronically unlocked. Not safe since I was on the first floor. Sheets were clean, I guess, but had stains on them. Asked for an extra blanket but was told their dryer wasn't working so clean blankets weren't available. TV remote didn't work with tv, but desk person was able to get it to work. Signal cut out a few times and the room phone was dead. I was in town because my mom broke her hip and died. Would have liked better accommodations but everything in town was booked.

Mattress was great. A/C was great. Staff was great.
