I asked for an early check in and told that wasn’t an issue, I even got an email confirming it upon arrival they tried putting us in three different rooms that where fifty with trash and towels everywhere. The owner never once said I am sorry let me refund one night no instead he got loud and smart with me like it was my fault that his housekeeper didn’t do his job , hire better help . Lauri at the front desk is amazing, she is the one who makes staying there worth it.

The staff was very friendly. They went above, and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable, being that I was traveling alone. The condition of the building could definitely use a remodel. Coffee cup lids should be out for guests, and a little switch on the breakfast selection.

Still some antiquated bathroom features. Door banged against toilet so you couldn’t open it all the way. No coffee options in room. TV lacking many choices, and no guide so it’s “hit or miss”.

The grassy areas were full of trash along the perimeter of the parking lot with glass and other debris. The grass was uncut and some of the side door access to the hotel locks were broken

Location was adequate and accessibility was good for our purposes. First floor sliding door access was convenient for loading and unloading

The door to the room did not work properly and every time we needed in we had to get a staff member to open it for us. The curtain did not close quite all the way letting the street light nearly blind me both nights

Room wasn’t very clean. The carpet was wet, there was mold in some places the ceiling was chipping off in some of the corners and falling. You can tell they recently painted the ceiling to cover mold. The entire hotel had a smell or marijuana and musty .The outside had trash everywhere, old grills and coolers laying all at the wood line like homeless people stayed there.

what eve is in your pilows

The only complaint I have is that the room had carpet and it did not smell clean as a result carpets unless cleaned regularly hold odors , anyone who has allergy's or breathing problems do not do well in this environment. I would also like to know what is in your pillows as i DID have a problem while they were very comfortable I did have a problem breathing when I laid my head down to sleep I got very stuffed up and coughed for quite some time .

Didn't get room I booked. Was supposed to be first floor poolside. Several people live at hotel and they are on back poolside. I was also supposed to be on bottom floor but was put on second floor without an elevator. Stairs hurt my back and hip due to MS, but was told no bottom floor was left. Stay was still pretty good, just had to stay up at room so to not hurt myself.

The lock on the door to the room ((card reader portion) was very difficult to operate. The reader would take the data, green light would come on (not every time swiping) but the latch would not engage. Very frustrating. Tried with both cards, even the manager had a difficult time getting it to catch.

Bed was good, clean. The pool was outstanding! Very clean and refreshing. Size of room was good.

I didnt like that the hallways were so hot and the smell of marijuana was too strong. Not saying I don't like marijuana I do(I smoke the hell out of it).
