Room full of cigarette smells. I couldn't sleep in my room at all....but at my friend room... my asthma rice up cause of that... It's a really bad experience. I thought that it was a SMOKE FEEE room as I paid for it... I saw myself in the obligation to cancel my stay there and move somewhere else.

There wasn’t ANY coffee or breakfast out whatsoever in the morning n Sunday. We asked and were told even up till often 8 am it was being made??? It’s a continental breakfast with coffee!!!? It’s suppose to be out early!! Never did get anything. Had to leave and go somewhere just to get some coffee. Staff not real helpful or kind about it.

The bed was uncomfortable and it wasn’t 100% clean. The fridge is a nice size and it worked. The lightbulbs was out the towels are a very small size that it barely fit my kids and they only give you 2 of the bigger towels. The rest were hand towels

The property was not clean, the elevator was dirty, they had 1 luggage cart in the whole hotel, and front desk was unable to find it. The room had crushed up bugs on the floors and the next morning there was a bug crawling down the wall. The continental breakfast was grab and go, instead of the hot breakfast that is advertised.

The location was great there were a lot of fast food place and stores in the area.

The breakfast is possibly what disappointed me the most. It was very minimal (granola bar, muffin, coffee, oatmeal that you have to make yourself). The clerk who checked me in said there would be options available at against the back of the lobby in the morning; I was expecting a lot more (eggs, sausage, bacon) when I booked.

The entire hotel had an odd smell, and the air felt heavy like they need a couple of air purifiers. The elevators definitely need a tune up or something, not to mention that only one of the two work. They had too many kids running around, and other guests being too loud. The water pressure in the shower was no good. The bed sheets smelled like cigarettes.

The room felt cozy. The air conditioner worked well. The staff were nice and very helpful with checking in and checking out.

The whole place could have been better!! The room that was giving to us had numerous roaches! The carpet was filthy! When assigned another room, it was already occupied, someone was in the room sleeping, this was one of the worst experiences of my life at a hotel!! There was a terrible odor through out the whole place! We asked for more towels no one brung us extra towels, there were several other people in the lobby complaining about there rooms, no remote to the tvs! Very horrible experience I hate that place!

Do not recommend this place is terrible dirty , the room wasnt clean the carper had stains , smell a cigaret even tho I was on nonsmoking room . the elevator wasnt working they put me on the 4 floor I had to take the stairs which was dirty garbage everywhere cigaret smell terrible .There is no breakfast included they do not offer breakfast is only a coffee station ,had to check out the next day I couldn’t take this place anymore very disappointed .

Most of it. Staff wasn’t friendly, barely spoke to me at check in (which was the only time they did other than when our room cards stopped working which I believe was intentional.) & otherwise acted like we weren’t there. My friends and I were in town for a concert, I came to check in at around 3:30pm and then went to the venue to meet them because we were camping for the show. We knew we would be going to the hotel first thing in the morning to shower, sleep and then get ready & stay the night there after the show but we were going to be back and forth the first day. At some point, our room key cards just didn’t work anymore. The front desk staff had looked at us like we weren’t supposed to be there as is, so we got the feeling something was involved there. Besides that, the whole hotel smelled like a pack of cigarettes & just musty. Only one elevator was running for our stay so each time we needed to do anything, we had to sit and wait. The room itself was large but felt dirty. The carpet was absolutely disgusting, and the walls looked like someone was actively smoking in there- and considering the smoke alarm covered by a grocery bag, they probably were. The two beds were lumpy but okay. The fold out couch bed wouldn’t pull out all the way to be usable, and from the stink and look of the mattress, we wouldn’t have touched it anyway. It also took 3 of us to get it to fold back up entirely. The kitchenette is a joke- they say items are included to cook except they aren’t! They’re something you pay for when you get there. We skipped out on that, it probably wouldn’t have worked anyways since most of the outlets didn’t either. The bathroom was fairly clean at least and the roof didn’t leak but outside of that? Don’t expect much. The friendliest staff on site was the housekeeping team who were very kind to us and gave us some extra towels as the room didn’t have enough for the 4 people we booked for.

The room itself was large, and the location was fairly accessible to the event we were visiting for.
