You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CHECK IN THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SO NICE AND ACCOMMODATING IT WAS VERY LATE AND HE WAS VERY UPBEAT. UPON CHECK OUT THE STAFF PERSON WAS NOT AT ALL PLEASANT I WANTED A COPY OF MY BILL WITH AMOUNT BEING CHARGED AND HE COULD NOT GIVE ME MY COPY I FOUND THAT TO BE UN ACCEPTABLE I ALWAYS GET A COPY UPON CHECK OUT WITH THE TOTAL PAID.

United States of AmericaSmall tv, daylight coming through curtains that didn't close reflecting off decorative mirrors right onto my head first thing in the morning, shower head not properly fitted so water shot up and onto the ceiling when I wanted to shower. I reported it right away. We stayed another night but no repair was made so I was without a shower for three days. Supply trollies made loud racket moving back and forth in front of my room.

United States of AmericaThere were bugs in the bed (not bed bugs, but dead beetles) and the continental breakfast was extremely poor. They had no water available, just apple or orange juice. The bread was stale, and there were nuts in the muffins with no warning label. My husband loved the eggs and biscuits and made a few egg sandwiches, but there were not a lot of health options for my son (2 years old) who is extremely allergic to eggs. The cereal options consisted of Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran, and there was one large container of unmarked milk for communal use.
The hotel was very centrally located.
