The 3rd floor hallway had a certain smell but it was understandable because I was notified of the ongoing maintenance.

I had very friendly staff. I was told that my room had a renovated bathroom and it was very nice and clean.

A little difficult to get to being on a one way street. We have stayed here before so it was easier this time.

The bathroom needed the door replaced and the walls cleaned. The door frame was rusted.

Breakfast was probably the low point. Pancake machine was not working most of the morning and coffee was horrible. Rooms were old and wore out. Tiny tv and remotes didn’t work but the quickly switched our rooms to fix remote issue

It was dated but CLEAN they were in the middle of putting in new tile floor in hallway so they are working on updating. Staff was helpful and courteous.

A little difficult (quick turn offs) to access street to hotel, and located along highway and med business’s around, but felt safe. Fair to good breakfast options.

Late night front desk staff Priscilla was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is undergoing interior improvements, but construction sounds were hardly heard. Room and bed comfortable.

sometimes they have a lot a noise cause they are still working on the side room , also the front desk lady was very impolite all the time.

The evening person at the check-in desk was not very friendly. I felt like I was interrupting her or bothering her. Also, the TV was so small for the 2 Queen size beds.

The sweet lady that was working so hard and kept the breakfast stocked and clean. She was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable & clean.

The pillows were skimpy and there was only 2 small pillows on each bed. The building has definitely seen better days - things are coming apart. Bathroom needed corner cleaning and recaulking, outer doors looked pretty shabby. The counter top at the sink worn. But again, for the price, I've definitely stayed at worse. I want to say for the record, I would gladly stay there again.

It was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than average for that type of hotel. The price was great. We didn't use it but the pool looked very nice. For the most part, it was pretty clean but there were a few small details that were overlooked. Our room had plenty of towels, a refreshing change for me lately. The room was well stocked with supplies. I thought because of the location we would hear freeway traffic, but not at all, we didn't hear the elevator either. But we did hear the next room over slam the door over and over in the morning - that was weird.

the building next door is abandoned and has drug deals going on in the parking lot. we were checking our car all night to make sure no one was breaking in because of how sketchy it was.

It was hard to find working outlets in our room to plug in phones and my cpap. We had to unplug other things in the room in order to charge phones and for me to use my cpap.

Shower curtain smelled like mold. The box springs were off their bases, so big metal brackets were sticking out to knock your shins on. At checkout time, housekeeping throws all the dirty linens from all the rooms into the hallway, along with their big carts and vacuums with cords trailing. Not easy to navigate for someone who has trouble walking, and not very appealing or sanitary.

Good location close to the highway. Good accessible room for my mobility challenged mom. Nice little grassy area for my dog. Room was quiet and mostly clean.

The hotel was a bit dated. Slightly worn.
