Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The air conditioning in our room had its control knobs broken off, so it was hard to turn the air on. And one of the standing lamps was broken.
Bed was comfortable, room clean. Decent breakfast for something quick to eat in the morning.

The hot breakfast was mediocre with very runny rehydrated eggs that didn’t sit well. Had some noisy neighbors.
Property was clean, comfy and staff went over and above to help. Their guest laundry dryer was NOT working, but they helped by drying for us and delivering to our room.

There were a couple of bits of trash on the floor, but nothing serious.
This is our second time staying here. It's quiet even tho the highway is nearby. Have a good hot breakfast. Pets are welcome, which is very important for our travels. We will most likely stay here again when we come through town. The price fits my budget, and the pet fee is not excessive.

It was very dusty and dirty under the furniture near the air conditioner. Lost a mechanical piece for CPAP machine and had to get down to see where it was. Quite a palled the dust and dirt “behind the scenes.”
Easy access and pet area but no bags or reminder to pick up waste so lots of dog “bombs” in much of the area. Right

The bed was a little firm for our taste.
Value for the price was very good. We were on a road trip and the night at Green Tree Inn was the best of the trip. TV access was easy!

We had trouble finding the hotel - drove by it the first time as there was little lighting at night to recognise it.
Very nicely equipped room. a bathroom with a bath with a ledge in it is a big boon for us, though we weren't there long enough to use it. We arrived late- near midnight but the staff were gracious and helpful

Good Value. The manager Brad was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast. Room was clean. All in all I was very pleased. You can't beat GreenTree for value, quality lodging at a favorable price point.

The halls felt like a old library or church which gave it a creepy off putting feeling. The room was cold (which I like) but it was too cold. My mom was shivering in her sleep. The temp could not be changed no matter how much I tried.
The bed was comfortable and actually didn't hurt my back. The tub (that I didn't get to use) was quite big for a hotel. It was a good hotel for a quick sleep before getting back on the road.

I would have liked some better healthy options on the breakfast buffet. I think the rooms need to have access to more light.
The location was perfect for us. The room was very roomy. The breakfast food was ok. I did really like the pancake maker. I do really like the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. I really like and utilized the refrigerator. I did enjoy the notepad and pen by the desk and the Albuquerque visitor guide.

The surrounding buildings were old and abandoned but it didn't feel unsafe.

The location was a little off putting at first, mostly the building next door. The water pressure made me a little nervous and the towel rack in the bathroom almost broke, but it was fine!
The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom towels were nice. It was an overall good experience for the price.

The laundry service was misleading. It said free on thr website, but I had to get quarters to use it. You also need a car or a budget for Lyft.
Breakfast was good, and the room was big. I had a beautiful view of the mountains.

The problem we are experiencing with booking.com. Our debit card account has already been deducted for the charges and they are saying something about a pre paid credit card. No idea what you guys are doing. Thinking about using another site.

When we arrived to our room they had a space heater on and it was way too warm in our room.Staff said the heater had not been working earlier. The fan on the heating and cooling unit ran almost non-stop.We were so tired though it hummed us to sleep so I didn't complain to staff.
Staff informative, room was a good value and hotel was full, all guests we met were very polite and kind. Good location for us, room size and beds comfortable. Good breakfast, waffles, eggs, bacon & all the regular stuff. They have an indoor pool and they supply the towels for it. Gas station and frwy easy access.
