I cannot provide anything that could have been better. Expectations were exceeded with great satisfaction.

I would like to commend all staff members of this hotel. My expectations were exceeded by the representation of all staff members who greeted me at each interaction, cleaned the room flawlessly and provided an outstanding refreshing experience. The location was perfect to have the boardwalk directly outside the hotel, and the beach sounds and sights just outside as well. To all staff a huge thank you for providing a great weekend stay. Job well done.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like.

We liked everything. Right on the boardwalk so the ocean was within feet. We had a partial view which really was a full view I thought. Everyone was amazing. Every staff member we saw said hi, have a great day, or how we were doing. When we checked in I saw we had a room on the 2nd floor, I made a comment to my daughter about the other 2 hotels we stayed at on our trip were on the 3rd floor, the receptionist said she would gladly move us up a floor so we could say all stays we made were on the same floor. The room was beautiful , No issues with anything. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, there food is amazing. Can even have it delivered to your room. Everything you would need is within walking distance. So many options on the boardwalk. I didn't find my bed comfy but I also have back issues so if its not my bed, then its not comfy for me. My daughter said they were very comfy. The balcony chairs were adirondack style chairs which were nice. Usually I find the plastic chairs on balconies. The pool was nice and so was the hot tub. We decided to stay an extra day and they were awesome at helping me out with that.

The a/c was hard to get working but we were there when it wasn’t real warm out yet so it wasn’t an issue. We let them know when we checked out.

Was extremely clean, perfect location. Had perfect amount of supplies in bathroom- plenty of towels, washcloths, Kleenex, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Refrigerator was spotless as well as microwave. Cleaning crew wonderful! Front desk helpful, friendly.

I would love to get to stay when it’s warmer but the prices go up because of the demand

Like the closeness to boardwalk. I like the indoor pool where towels are provided.

I would of liked the bar to stay open a little later than 9pm but I did go during the off season.

The location was great right on the beach. Loved that there was a restaurant/bar connected to the hotel. The food/drinks and staff were amazing.

Even though the hotel has a strict no smoking policy, everytime we went out to the balcony or opened our door for the breeze we smelt pot from someone outside on their balcony. The parking garage is across the street n uphill on the second or 3rd floor

The location was great if you want something further away from the busy part of the boardwalk. Restaurant downstairs was nice. Pool and hotel was great. Beds were comfy. Room was large and oceanfront view. Staff was friendly. Housekeeper was super.

My only negative comment was the bar/restaurant. We were a group of 13 people who came down to the restaurant for dinner. It was not busy at all, but the service was still really lousy. It took a long time to get a beer and it forever to get food. We will not go back to eat here again.

We have stayed here many times over the years and so it’s a home away from away home. The lounge is comfortable. The staff is always very friendly. The rooms are clean.
