There was a strange odor when entering the room, but it either went away or I got used to it. The breakfast had nothing that we would eat. I had a half cup of orange juice and my son had a piece of sausage. Unless I'm mistaken, the yogurt was only light.

Thankfully, the pool was very nice. My son (who was with me) has some physical issues and the pool is very helpful to him. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

The pool did not look clean. The attached restaurant was noisy. The room was almost thoroughly cleaned. Had to request a coffee maker and assistance with using the TV.

They told me I would get my security deposit back when I checked out and it's been almost 4 days. I still haven't gotten it and the complimentary breakfast was in the form of a bag lunch

The breakfast was awful. Hardly any food, little ham circles and scrambled egg patties, cold cereal, bread but no potatoes or cheese or anything. They also only have regular creamer which kinda stunk. The food they did have out was very small quantities like they didn't make enough and we went down only an hour after they started it. There was also unattended kids in the pool doing cannonballs next to us making the pool experience kinda crappy but it is heated and indoor and was amazing before they came in and ran us off.

I didn’t like the breakfast at the hotel. There wasn’t enough food, and we had to wait a long time for them to bring out more. The food selection was very limited, and we never got our coffee. My family was left hungry.

Can't recall anything in particular. We've been traveling for six weeks so have stayed in a lot of hotels/motels. What I want in my rooms are two chairs (some only have one for a room for two people), an ironing board and iron, a full length mirror, fluffy towels, a fridge and hairdryer. I also prefer pump pack hand soap and shower gel (bar soaps are wasted and make a mess). These are standard in some hotels, others not so. Also important to us is somewhere to have dinner as we have been tired after traveling and don't want to drive to town to find a restaurant.

Friendly and very helpful staff when we had a problem with our phone. On site restaurant and bar (Copper Smith Inn) was convenient. Nice amenities (pool and gym). Breakfast was good.

I did not like the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast room was small, very busy and I felt like I was constantly getting in the way of other people. Breakfast options were lacking.

We loved the price and the location. My kids loved the pool and the fact that it stayed open so late! The room size was great - we are a family of four and there was plenty of room for us in the room without us feeling cramped.

Found a bug running around first 5 minutes of the stay. Could use some updating,beds sounded like tissue paper under the sheets,noisy. Paint on the outlets cracks near the ceiling,cracked hotel window,looked like someone chipped off some of the bathroom door, cheap looking door. Place is ran down not like how it was 10 years ago.

Beds were exceptional,bathroom was clean, pool was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, although it is a bit far from downtown Portland. If you drive, this may not be an issue, as Portland is not a large city. The hotel has a pool and serves breakfast. The staff are friendly and bring fresh towels every day, but they did not make our beds during our stay. Parking is plus.
