They had these great hooks on the wall that I loved, great place to hang my nitey, bras, even towels however being 5 ft I had to jump to hang anything, a touch lower would have been nice. Makeup mirror in the bathroom was fabulous as I have one at home too, but this one was either cheap or over magnified and a bit distorted so you really couldn't use it. Two more bathroom issues, the hooks when you come out of the shower are on the wrong side, you literally need to step out of the shower totally to get your towel (again hooks a bit too high) my suggestion would have been to have the shower door open in the other direction, this would solve this problem. Better bathroom lighting too, like three big bulbs over the mirror would solve that problem. None of these things would stop me from staying here again.

I booked a city view room and have to admit my view was fantastic, I love natural light so not having to put on lights in the room during the day was great. I liked the desk area and the little banquette and table. Also thought (if I had been traveling as a couple separate toilet room was a plus. No carpeting except by the sides of the bed and if you get up to use the bathroom during the night, the light under the bed lights up so your not walking around in the dark, great feature, goes off automatically once you get back in bed. But not so bright as to wake up anyone else.

The convenience to Rittenhouse park and the area. The doorman at the entry was an absolute gentleman! Thank you for having a kind person to greet visitors.

There is a parking garage within the same building as the hotel. I looked forward to the convenience of parking in this garage. However, I was informed that I would not be able to park there since my vehicle was too large. A regular pickup truck. Not a monster truck. No modifications to the truck. I was surprised and kind of disappointed. I had to drive around and find another facility that could accommodate my vehicle. That's it, though. Not a big deal to me.

The location of this hotel was ideal for my needs. It's in a nice area of the city. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was quite helpful and accomodating
