Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No outlet in the bathroom for a nightlight! No comfort height toilet and no hand rail to get up!
Convenient location, good price for the area. Excellent breakfast!

I didn't feel like my room was clean as it usually is (i stay often) Didn't appear to have been vaccumed, cement piece was propped up against wall in shower,bed was too soft and counter wasn't wiped down- Usually rooms are very clean ,just not this time. ⁹
They are accomodating when iv'e asked to check in early also for a late checkout- friendly staff!

Room was dated and set up was weird. There was a dining table and desk but no chairs. The living area couch was unappealing and no microwave. Stayed for five nights and asked for extra towels twice but never received even after I heard the front desk person ask directly for it to be provided.
Great location, access to highways and restaurants. Lovely lobby and a bar if that’s something you like. Also has outdoor patio for cooler evenings. Breakfast was well done and the dining room staff provided excellent service.

Breakfast needs quality improvement.
Rooms were comfortable. Loved having the sink outside the bathroom with toilet and shower. So surprised and happy they had free laundry facilities for guests.

Room service was not easy to access. Menu options were limited.
Location and proximity to shopping and restaurants. Park like setting. Staff check in by text. Room size and layout with kitchenette.

The woman who runs the breakfast room (Alma or Alba I can't remember!!) is EXCEPTIONAL at her job. I have stayed here a couple of times recently and her service and attitude is noticeable and she absolutely made my day every morning.

Although there was a coffee maker in my room the only coffee available in the lobby or lounge a area was sold coffee im used to complimentary coffèe. As i was going to make my own breakfast using the advertised kitchenette, I had to go back down to reception to have them deliver plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. When they forgot the bowl, I had to go down myself and find some in their closed breakfast area myself.
Rooms were clean and comfortable staff were adequate

Deadbolt in room wasn't working. I didn't try to get it fixed, wasn't a big deal for me. I'm sure it's an anomaly and wouldn't let it impact your view on it.
Super clean room, great location, convenient on site facilities like bar, Starbucks, fitness facilities.

Couch was low to the ground. Needed to ask for chairs and extra towels. No desk area
It had a nice lobby. Light room service. Free parking Free Breakfast, that came complementary was very good and complete with fruits, cereals. Staff were really helpful and nice.

Could have a bigger variety on breakfast! Also the TV'S are not smart TVs so therefore u can only watch the channels and cant watch youtube, etc, which really was unfortunate since I stayed in the room for a long time.
I really enjoyes how beautiful the rooms were, very clean, new furniture absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and so was the sofa. Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

took a little to long to get some of our rooms clean and ready for check in. My sister's room was not ready till past 3:30pm
Except for the room check in delay, everything else was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, beds were really comfortable.

I thought I saw an indoor swimming pool on the web before I booked but I was mistaken and disappointed. That would have helped with the grandkids. But it was my mistake.
Location was good and easy to get to. Room was great. Very clean and roomy. The hotel was also very clean inside and out.

The only thing that I didn’t really care for was the smell it could’ve been mold in the carpet when we first came into the hotel room and the breakfast could’ve been a bit better but that’s all
I really enjoyed my stay, though it may have not been the fanciest of hotels what I will say is that Prakash was such a great server and that highlighted my trip the front desk guy was very nice, always smiling and laughing with us.
