Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThis air conditioner had squeals when the coolent was activated; maybe a loose belt? While we like the location, we spent a lot of time in Chicago, which is a 30-60 trip depending on time of day.
Room was very large except for the bathroom area. There was a small living room with pullout couch and chairs and a small kitchenette. Breakfast was better than most locations, although the food served does not change on a daily basis. This location was very quiet, has two very nice walkable restaurants nearby, and featured free onsite parking which you don't get as you move closer to Chicago. Check in staff were nice/friendly. A bit firmer beds and options with different pillow shapes and thicknesses made sleeping nice.

United StatesI didn't understand why I was charged $7 twice after check-out. We didn't order anything extra during our short stay at the hotel, it was only one night. I wrote a message through Booking, but didn't get a response. The amount is not large, of course, but I just wanted to know what it was for.
Overall, I liked everything very much, a large room, a good breakfast for the whole family, close to the airport, and a quiet area around the hotel.
