The queue at breakfast was long and you had to wait for people to finish to get a table and there wasn't much variety. If you stay for a few days it would be nice but any longer and you will definitely be bored.

Breakfast needs more variety. Plus with the volume of people who pass through for cruises they need a bigger space to accommodate people at breakfast.

Breakfast options and lack of suitable seating I had a problem with my toilet which was a little annoying. The first time they provided a temp solution and the second time I was offered an alternate room, but no efforts to fix for the remainder of my stay!

The downside was not too much space for eating breakfast. Basically he got food and we had to eat in the lobby, waiting area and not together where we found a spot that could be difficult when you have children. The other thing was, the pools were not heated and my kids were looking forward to spending much time in the pool, but they got in and out pretty fast because the temperature of water was to cool. would definitely heat the water in this time of season till summer.

The room structure where the handbasin was situated in the room rather than on the bathroom so things like brushing your teeth and washing your hands couldn't be done on the bathroom.

The only detail is that they check the showers, it seems that they are too damaged and the water does not flow well, I think that the showers should be changed for new ones, on the other hand for breakfast there is not enough space due to the number of people, however no It depends on the hotel, in our case we had breakfast at some tables that are in the parking lot and it was like a delicious breakfast outdoors so it was super good. I recommend this hotel 100%

The location is perfect, close to everything in Miami, the service from all the staff was extraordinary, clean facilities, the hotel seems to be many years old, however it has been well maintained, the rooms are spacious, the hotel was always clean and the breakfasts are delicious, we would definitely stay with my family again at this hotel, we loved our stay.

I can’t find anything

Breakfast was proper. The food was plenty and good. Fruits, eggs bacon sausages, cereals etc etc were all available. The staff is friendly. This is a very good accommodation.

no one helps you with your luggage it was me and my friends and no one even tried to help us. maybe because were im from they help you but i didn't really like that.

It was great that they included breakfast, but they gave us paper plates and plastic spoons and forks to eat with. I didn’t like having to use plastic cutlery in a hotel that was costing me over $300 Canadian per night

Being close to the airport the area itself is a little noisy nothing to be really concerned about. The hotel itself looks a little dated but well maintained except for a broken elevator. Room soundproofing is not that great and everyone got woken up at 3am by what sounded like a large object falling in another room.

Plenty of parking, food and businesses at walking distance. The staff and breakfast were good.

The only setback to our stay was the swimming pool had floating leaves and debris.
