The property is a bit worn. Mattress was not comfy; way too soft. Sheets had holes and were used way too many times. Food quality in the Library restaurant is disappointing.

The indoor pool is awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I think there should be a trash bag in the room. It is very inconvenient because there is no microwave in every room and only in one passage where many people pass by.

Great bay view and rooms were clean. The overall interior of the hotel is cozy and not cold, which is nice.

The facilities are great. We enjoyed the grounds walking, playing tennis and mostly the hot tub. I was really surprised though to see so many little children in the hot tub.

I lost my phone and someone-a guest-picked it up and tried to keep it. The staff was completely uninterested in helping me locate it. Someone at the front desk Dilip, was as helpful as he could be, but security could have cared less. Thankfully, my phone was dumped and Dilip called me. If it wasn’t for him, I would have been out of a brand new iPhone. Oh and the beds are hard as a rock. In fact, they are on wooden boards.

They were doing remodeling/construction and had to move rooms due to the noise, the little shop was closed, they had a smaller substitute that was just ok.. not much selection. The restaurants did not offer much variety and the hours were not clearly posted anywhere

The carpet was never cleaned during the 3 nights I was there. Somebody had dropped pop corn on the floor and it stayed for the whole time I was there. Place was understaffed, it took us forever to get some food and drinks at the bar (the only place open to get a bite to eat). Breakfast was overpriced and the food was mediocre. Too much contruction going on during our stay. I wish I had known that and I would have rescheduled

The king mattress was not comfortable as it sank deeply in the middle, making it difficult for two people to sleep.

check-in time is quite late (4pm) and breakfast buffet is too expensive for what it's worth (but again... the kids! For ages 12 and under, their meals seem to cost their ages (our 11 y/o's meal was $11, our 8 y/o's was $8.,,, so that helped balance things out)

This is definitely a hotel centered around and catering to kids. If you don't like children, this will not be a relaxing get-away for you. If you bring kiddos with you, they will have a blast - the pool is fun with a basketball hoop and volleyball net, there's a warm (kid-temp friendly) hot tub, mini-golf, pool table, game room, s'mores in the evening around an outdoor communal fire pit.... kids running around everywhere.

The buffet dinner selection in the restaurant was not the best at all We had to wait several times for a few slices of pizza to be brought out and only 1 small dessert. Maybe could invest in an ice cream cone dispenser machine. Not worth $45. Food was pretty cold and sat out a while even though it was in the warmers. Would like a better selection of food like fries, wingettes, chickwn strips, meatballs, finger foods, etc... In the arcade room, air hockey and the basketball machine were not working. Some of the other machines are too expensive ans just take your money (too hard to win anything).

We will definitely be back next year for all the fun family friendly New Year's activities. Loved the indoor/outdoor warm jacuzzi with the movie screen. Loved the moon bounces and game room for the kids. I think it would be great to have a movie room in one of the conference rooms with popcorn that plays family Holiday movies.

We were in rooms 3517 & 3515. Early in the am- maybe 6:30-7a there was a constant loud noise like a ping pong ball being bounced for hours. Could be heard in both rooms and not from one particular place. Not a great way to be woken up in vacation. We were really looking forward to a nice sleep and this ruined it for us.
