staff hard to find after check in was outside in car. Bed comforter had cigarette burn in middle. Shower curtain was moldy. Bathroom floor dirty had kids stickers on it. Advertise pool, was not open for season. Still had winter cover on it. Lots of trash in parking lot. Not good lighting.

Our smoke detector was on the desk not even up on the ceiling. Needed clean towels but supposedly had to put the old towels outside the room to get clean ones.

We did NOT have a privacy curtain on our outside window. We wanted to tell them at the beginning of our stay, but were just too exhausted to complain, so we put up with it. When we told them at checkout, they DID apologize. I DID, however... think that checking the room for the window curtain was the least they could have done before letting the room be booked. We probably won't be going back to this particular hotel because of that, and the fact that the bathroom floors were not clean, and the walls were damaged. This could have been a lot better stay, and I hope the property proves to be in better condition for the next customer.

Our initial room door wouldn’t lock so they gave us a different room. Then our keys to our new room wouldn’t work so they gave us new keys. The floors were not clean at all. There was dirt, hair and earwigs everywhere. The mattresses were lumpy to the point where you could feel the springs. The door to the adjoining room was warped, BAD! They tried to nail it shut all across the top. Pool wasn’t open. The refrigerator in our first room didn’t work. The sheets had something red all over them, looked like MAYBE nail polish? The asphalt drive had huge pot holes that you can’t see very well at night (to the point where I had to get out of my car to make sure it didn’t damage anything on my car! The website makes it look nice but it is very deceiving! I paid for 2 nights but just couldn’t bring myself to stay for another (with earwigs crawling all over the place) so we left the hotel at 11:00 p.m. (after the Tailgate N Tallboys concert).

The receptionist was very kind and very helpful with our room. It is not her fault that I have to leave a note so good review.

There were what looked like cigarette burn holes in the bedding, the bedding looked stained/yellowish, the carpet was stained and felt dirty and the room smelled weird.

There were stains all over both rooms that we occupied. The bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs while laying in it.

Based on the photos I thought it'd be a little nicer and cleaner. Its outdated. There was no remote for our TV and the front desk was so stressed with things we didn't bother her for one. Breakfast was pretty much non existant. there was supposed to be sausage gravy and biscuits. there was a full tray of biscuits but not a drop of gravy.

There was debris (wrappers, dirt, etc.) on the floor in the halls, there were numerous scuff marks and scratches in the walls/paint, there were stains on the walls and furniture, the tiles and grout around the base of the jacuzzi were broken and falling away, there was no tissue or a tissue box in the holder for it, there was a lot of dust on the bathroom vent, there were noticeable cracks in the walls, the bedroom closet door couldn’t be opened all the way, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. There was very little padding left on the springs. it was like sleeping on a grill.

The staff didn't know what was going on. Doors were propped open so I didn't feel safe. The King room was dirty and needed a lot of repairs... they shouldn't have rented it out.

That we believed to have paid for 3 days. We came from Dansville MI. Now a different worker is trying to charge $25 late fee because of misunderstanding of check out times. We're already packing our stuff to leave so charge us for trying to leave. I will be making management aware.

Dirty…stair way carpet needs to be ripped out of cleaned profusely. Pillows in the room are terrible little squares, there was blood drops in a few random places in the bathroom, cards stop working in your room after 12 hours so when I went to my room late and night I had to walk all the way back to the front which was very far from our room.
