No light in the bathroom , needs to improve more, is kind old lamps

The staff were horrible and I have been staying at this place every time I come and this last visit made it my last straw. The staff were rude never have I experienced it.

Location is great. Not to far from Surfside beach.

The first room had water running out of the toilet on to the carpet.. we was placed in a different room which when I walked in there was roaches everywhere

Pretty much everything.

Their wasnot enough breakfast and it was nasty. The coffee tasted like brown dish water. The rooms weren't clean. The pool was gross so much chemicals the water was cloudy.

The rooms sure don’t look like what they advertise. The bathtub had burn marks on it and the tub just didn’t look clean. There was only sheer curtains on our windows people could see right in our room. We had to ask for a comforter there was only sheets. The pool was closed.

The facility needs upgrades, the ceiling was peeling, there were roaches, and the floors were literally black from lack of mopping. It made me feel dirty. The lock on the door wasn't secure it shook when u touched it.

my room was a roach motel. it looks like they had redone the tile but it wasn’t all the way down yet the first day it didn’t seem so bad . by the second day I have videos of roaches coming from each and every direction. I was restless because of the air conditioner noises. I had to be at work for 7an. the air conditioner would make a screaming noise every time it cut off like someone was closing a door so it kept me up all through the night for my whole stay.

Everything. Left after 1 night it was so bad. No security latch, roaches, no phone, no working pool, not a safe feeling. Had to stay because no rooms available anywhere else that 1st night.

The rooms smelled like mold. There was a giant mold spot in the bathroom, and the T.V did not work. We are pretty sure that the blankets were dirty or didn't dry all the way because they also had a certian smell to them

The sheets were damp from the humidity and the room smelled like mildew and was stagnant. The room was hot and even if it had been cool, there were no blankets on the bed, only a sheet. The floor in the room was sticky. The pool was not clean. It was green. The breakfast was skimpy and undesirable.

The mattress and pillow were comfortable and the room was quiet.

I arrived at the hotel around 130 and was told that my room would not be ready until 3 and to come back at that time. I left and returned at 3 and still had to wait another 20 minutes for my room.The staff could not speak or understand English very well . The pool was green for the whole stay. Our tv in our room did not work. When we asked about it, they just told us that the technician has been working on it. That night, we were told all of the tvs in all the rooms were out and should be on that night. When I went up there the next morning, one of the staff members came to look at it and said that he would talk to the manager and would be back in about five minutes ,he never returned. He did let us know that half the rooms did have working tv before he left. I went back up later that evening and asked for a room with a working tv and at that time the lady behind the counter said that no tv were working and at that time I let her know that the other male staff member said that half were working and I needed a room with one. She left and came back about 10 minutes and gave me a room with a working tv. I stayed at this same hotel when it was under different management before covid, and it was a nice reasonable place to stay. I am sad to say this will be my last time there.

The hotel is nasty. The first room they gave us had blGaza ood on the carpet and the bed, the tub was very dirty. We went to ask for a different room and instead of them taking our word they had to go and check it out first before was we were given another room. They lady at the front was rude. The hotel is old and nasty. It's like an extended stay, people live there. Towels were nasty and stained with hair and all other stuff. Tv didn't work the whole time and when I asked they just said yeah they know.

Did not go to the breakfast. Wouldn't won't to eat there anyway because of the way it looked in the hotel.
