If you have a luxury car with dark tints make sure you roll down your windows because mines got broken into on the first night I was there. Another thing as well is the bugs are crazy out there I was getting eating up all through the night in my sleep no not bed bugs just bugs overall. Lack of staff soil you work in the morning like I and not there to catch anyone to bring you clean linens just forget about. Just wait until your day off to do so. Just don't get your hopes if they say they don't have any ready for you. They do have a laundry room but you still have to pay to wash and dry your clothes on top of already paying for the room. There are a lot of another little things they don't tell you until you ask about it.

The only thing I like it was in the city close to my job. Atlantic Station is walking distance and there are a lot of fast food in the area. The wifi is so easy to set up and use. Just have to call the number on the paper they give you.

They cancelled my booking after I tried to speak emailing and calling multiple times about the fact I that I had family obligations so I had to check in a day late only to find that my booking was cancelled and it wasn't possible to book unless I paid a full weeks stay as if I was booking on the spot making me pay €200+ extra The staff member at check in also showed zero compassion and denied helping me when I asked. This place was by far my biggest stress on an already stressful first visit to the US.

The only positive thing I can say is that the caretaker with the dreadlocks was extremely kind and helpful to us

I didn’t like how the property was managed or maintained. I booked ahead of time for a month and it was no where near what the pictures showed. I never got my room cleaned and I asked for a roll of toilet paper two days before the end of my stay and they said that wasn’t possible after paying over two thousand dollars for my stay. All and all, everything could and should’ve been better!

There was people doing drugs all over the place. I seen a fist fight and the cops come get someone with in the first ten minutes of my stay. The location is horrible and the staff are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

It was a little smaller then I expected. But overall still nice. You had to get your own pots and pans to cook with. Also had to buy your own tissue.

It had so much shelves and a kitchenette in it. I loved it alot just a little small. Staff was so nice! The view was the best part!!!

literally everything including the staff - the receptionist informed me that if I showed up while I still had one minute left of my check-in time she wouldn’t check me in because I “should have gotten there as soon as check-in opened” and she “needed time to close down for the day” even though the lobby was supposed to be open for another hour after my check-in. The room needed a remodel and may have been on the list.

The location had a perfect view of the skyline of downtown Atlanta. The hotel was conveniently located next to numerous food places. The activities that we pursued were very close to the hotel itself.

The room was very outdated and furniture was falling apart. the kitchen sink drained into the cabnet underneath and I'm not sure where the water went from there. It must have gone down the inside of the wall. There was black mold inside the cabnet as well. I informed the night attendant who just said "ok" and never had the problem addressed. There were also cockroaches and bed bugs in the room. I woke up one night with bugs crawling on me. I actually left the property two days earlier than I was scheduled. The property refuses to give any type of refund. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel in my life. I will definitely not be back there or to any other of the chains properties.

Nothing about the property was very appealing except the free parking.

Absolutely awful. I booked 9 nights and stayed only one!!! As soon as I walked into my room Roaches!!! Damage to the walls and floor. Electric outlet hanging out of the wall. Have tried to get a refund but they don’t answer there phone and there is to customer service only a website to fill out That they have not responded back to me. I cannot tell you how bad this experience was. I have plenty of pictures if anyone wants to see those as well. Everything you see in the photos like the soap and trash in the trashcan was already in the room when I came in
