The main bathroom shower only produced cold water. However, the spare did produce warm water and therefore I simply used this shower. The place was a little 'tired' but given the price and location, this could be overlooked.

The location was excellent and I walked most places, only using the car when really necessary. Being located just outside of the busy area did mean it was quieter, which was a positive.

I did struggle with the code thing for entry but this was my first time with type so hopefully I'm better next time

we loved our stay here. the location was wonderful 20 min walk to downtown. Lots to see and do within walking distance. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby. The unit was really cosy and felt like a home. Having the laundry helped when we were on the road for 3 weeks. The area was really quiet and we always felt safe. When we did need to contact Kasa we had a fast reply and all questions answered. Car parking was a bonus too Its a bit funny to get to the car park but easy once you know.

I was traveling for a girls trip. I was not very satisfied with our stay. There were a lot more stairs than was expected. Especially since we had an older person with us. All 3 beds were very hard and not comfortable...however they were clean. And the chairs in the dining room were broken and very unstable. We arrived after dark and the lighting on the building was not very bright at all.

The location was great at our venue. Very secure area. When we got there it was very clean and inviting.

When we cooked in the apartment, I was constantly getting emails and text messages saying I was smoking in the apartment. The smoke sensor should not be next to the kitchen. Should get rid of that sensor. Kasa will lose more customers than it's worth. I guarantee.

There were a couple small things that made the apartment less than perfect. The blinds in the living room were broken, which affected the feeling of privacy and made it a little difficult for our son to sleep on the sofa bed in the living. Also the floors were unusually squeaky and loud. Neither of these are serious problems, but for the money spent it was unexpected.

The location is perfect for doing just about anything in the city. Access to the apartment and parking garage felt secure and safe. Property management was quick to respond to questions, and they gave very thorough instructions on how to handle the check in process, which was very helpful.

The arrival instruction were a somewhat unclear and we were not made aware of how many stairs are necessary with this property.

The location to the convention center and having multiple rooms with complete kitchen and enclosed parking were all pluses.

I liked that it had multiple keypad locks, so we felt safe and secure throughout the night.

There were some small repairs that needed to be done to the property, but nothing that compromised the quality of our stay.

Nice apartment just a few blocks from the historic center of Louisville. The size of the rooms is neither big nor small, enough for a comfortable stay. Modern, cozy decor. Self check in went smoothly, just following the instructions on the website.

The furniture in the living room was laughably uncomfortable. No place to comfortably hang out except for the bed. Otherwise a fine stay.

You own private space that's secure, with no contact entry, and had all essential needed. Washer and dryer, hairdryer, kitchen with appliances,much better than a hotel,motel,B&B, and directly in downtown area.

2nd floor was a little challenging with luggage

The Kasa experience in Louisville was excellent. Unit was spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Quiet and off the beaten path, yet withing short walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

You had to park across the street and the walk including the steps were challenging when carrying bags.

I find the bed sheets and towels to smell a bit and the internet was not working and while we instructed to use a different wifi network it was not always working and would sometimes disappear for hours. There was also a some tile falling off in the master bathroom.

The layout was nice and felt very open despite the small size. The laundry machine was simple and easy to use. The kitchen was very clean and was well organized
