The floor was messed up, bathroom wasn’t pleasant looking I didn’t feel comfortable showering!

Fairly clean with the exception of mold at window and shower. No bathroom fan so bathroom stayed damp including the floor . My blanket had cigarette burns. Bed box spring was filthy. Basically could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The room was dirty, the AC did not work, so the room was oppressively hot. The cable or satellite wasn’t working at all, so had I not brought my firestick, I would have had no TV to watch.

Cockroaches everywhere the tv didn’t work there wasn’t even a mirror in the bathroom and there was dog hair all over the bed.

The bathroom and shower were not clean looking or appealing. There was mildew, stains, and peeling paint. The bedding was too small for the bed. The entire location needs a refresh but it was an 80 dollar room. I would advise against taking children there.

Staff was extremely rude. Room was very dirty, old candy under the bed along with sticky stuff all over the floors as if it hadn’t been mopped. The whole restroom had tagging everywhere toilet was filthy. Fridge was filthy. Owner complained about having to get more toilet paper

1. The office isn’t the first building when you walk in, that’s closed even though they have signs on it. The staff didn’t seem to care. 2. The man helping me tried to tell me my room was more when it was already booked and then told me security deposit was $50, then it was $20. 3. The bedding was musty and gross and the pillows are flat. 4. The AC is broken and only a wimpy space heater was available. 5. The microwave is terrible and my food wasn’t hot even after 4+ minutes. 6. There’s graffiti on the walls and also I don’t remember seeing it was a smoking room but the cigarette smell was gross. 7. There’s missing tile in the bathroom and bugs come out at night. Had to throw away some of my food after finding bugs in it. 8. The shower leaks and you can hear it all night.

It was dirty, the manager was rude and did not offer an early check in nor late check out. The whole room was filthy( I was there from out of state for a family emergency) , no top sheet on bed, floor has not seen mop in months! strange stains on walls! TV did not work- telephone disconnected- 6 +Norwalk Sheriff arrived and arrested young man after midnight( No sleep for a couple of hours after that!)

The room was filthy, ran down, and had mold. We reserved and paid for a King room, but I believe the bed was a full. The headboard and nightstand combo is made for a king size bed, as shown in their king room photos. But you can clearly see the one foot plus gap from the bed to the nightstands on either side of the bed! What a rip off, i did not get what i paid for! The hubby and I kept elbowing each other all night. We kept getting and giving knees to the sides and thighs, too. There were toothpaste splatters on the mirror and faucet. Mold on the floor of the shower, on the wall above the shower, and mold on the ceiling. The floor was filthy, and we had to dust our feet off every time we climbed back into bed. It felt like the heater was left on when we entered, and it took the AC over four hours to finally cool the room off. We were at Bolsa Chica Beach from 9 am till 6 pm and were just too tired to go back downstairs to the office. We wore our sandals in the shower and tried not to touch anything too much. The bed was lumpy. You could feel the springs. The bedspread was cheap and felt as such. It wouldn't have been too bothersome if there had been a flat sheet between me and that plastic/polyester bedspread. After seeing the poor condition of the bathroom and shower, I checked real hard for bedbugs. I didn't see any, thank the Lord!

Best thing was it was close to my grandchildren!
