There’s not a refrigerator or microwave in the room, and there’s only one chair in addition to the bed.

The pool was a nice touch, especially during the hot and humid month of July. However, we did not know until the last day that you had to reserve the area with the couches and umbrellas next to the bar. That information would have been nice to know upon arrival. We enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the hotel, and the coffee shop at the front was awesome!

I was charged for having them fix the safe. I did not forget the code and I was not warned of this charge. Room "windows" faced the wall. We stayed there 1 night so it was okay but worth noting for someone who is claustrophobic.

Great location. Room and bathroom are a decent size and very clean. Friendly staff. Pool was a nice perk.

The floor was dirty, even after I asked to clean it, it was dirty, they just swept it away. Had to by a mop by mysef and clean the floor properly. Also, there is a carpet under the bed, and it seems that it accumulated tons of dust because they do not vacuum clean it. The sink was clogged.

Very cozy atmosphere, amenities were nice. The location is perfect.

Expensive hotel without anything special. Parking on site used to be one of the free perks, but now there is an exorbitant cost of $53 per day. Lighting for reading in bed is poor. A mini refrigerator should be placed in every room.

I dont like the way they build the elevator is so very confusing when you go to the room. Especially when your room is far the elevator you need to walk long.

    The ambiance is so nice.

The gym was in another hotel. At the end I paid a ton of money for three separate rooms for my party of 5. We took king bed single room, another king bed and then a double room with two queen beds. I did not expect that one night, in a 3 star hotel will end up this expensive. But maybe this is just Charleston at the peak of the season.

Loved the hotel central location and the decor. This is a very nicely designed hotel. Rooms were comfortable, and everything looked new. The service was great.

Twice out of a four night stay our room was not cleaned, even after reminding the front desk after we returned from excursions. A charge to the room had the tip increased beyond what was given. They had a small pool area and we could not get any spot by the pool without paying to use the seating. Approximately 40% of pool seats you had to pay to use, even though you are staying at the hotel!

Great location!! Sanford at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating! Free WIFI!

We stayed on the 4 th floor. The elevator only went to the 3rd so we had to get off on the 3rd and walk a long way to another elevator to go to the 4 th floor. The lighting in the bathroom wasn’t very good. Hard to see putting on make up. The Little Palm Restaurant wasn’t very friendly. They always said we needed reservations even though we were hotel guests. They would eventually seat us but they acted like they didn’t want to. When this happened there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Strange!

It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The bedding was very comfortable.

The gear garage equipment was worn down pretty good.

The vibe is great and the rooms are a good size. The beds are COMFY! The location is fantastic-it really can't be beat. The pool area looks great-it was cold when I was there but I'd go back when the pool is open for sure. The bikes were also great to have thought they were a bit worn out.

The hotel is a bit confusing to navigate, with limited entrances/exits. Our room was the last one (346) at the end of three long hallways; the most convenient door in the stairwell that led to the pool was often locked. The pool does get crowded, so if you want a lounger you have to get there very early, which doesn't always suit the schedule.

The hotel has such a "cool vibe," very retro, beach, chic. We had the unexpected pleasure of discovering two large outdoor rooms for lounging, eating, and drinking. I knew there was a small pool, but didn't know about the rest.

The only thing we didn't like was there was no where to sit in our room except the bed. The only chair in the room was very uncomfortable.
