We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe king room I stayed in was small. The bathroom was tight as was the space between the bed and the dresser. The curtains were hard to open and close. The towels at the pool had a weird sour smell to them. The bed was uncomfortably firm and the pillows didn’t help.
The Duke was very nice and the entire lobby area. The wall art selection was stunning. Zalmas was cool. The overall room and bathroom decore was nice. My son loved the pool.

United StatesSkip the breakfast package option. I ordered the breakfast package and you only get a $15 credit per person at the Zellmans restaurant inside the hotel. Just about every meal on the menu started at 15, so you still had to pay. We ordered two warm cinnamon buns, a hot tea, and a cappuccino, that came out to $20. Everything came out cold and the cinnamon buns were hard and the icing was cold. I was better of going to a local restaurant.
Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable,clean, and quiet.

United StatesThe parking was terrible and there is no one to help you with luggage. I am older and have mobility issues so I’m fortunate I had someone with me. The bed was also horrible. It was very, very hard.
I loved the atmosphere. They have places to eat on site, and both are very good. They have a bar. The bartender was amazing. The staff were courteous and helpful.
