The air conditioner could have been quieter but it kept our room very comfortable. Needs curtains on windows to better help block out outside lights

This is a very nice place to stay in Kittery. The people were friendly. The room wasn't big but it had everything we needed, with a parking space in front. It was clean and the bed was good. There's an outside swimming pool and a little picnic area. The breakfast room is small and gets crowded (it's in the reception area). Luckily for us, the weather was good and we could eat outside. There were enough items for us to choose from (we're not picky eaters) and the coffee was good (that is important!). You can't really walk anywhere from the inn but have to take a car to go places. We did a tour of several towns in New England and this inn was a big on the expensive side compared to other places, since there is no gym or lobby or anything like that. But if they install a hot tub - I can just picture one in the grassy area! - we will definately come back (even though we enjoyed the pool, it did get a bit crowdy and noisy at times with families we brought many jumping children)!

Shower was so small, you can't bend down to wash your legs. No porch area like all the others.

Room was nice a roomy, very clean and breakfast - albeit we didn't really eat - looked nice. Staff super friendly and helpful.

There was an odd smell in the room (2) when we arrived, but it was mostly gone after a few hours of open windows. The heating baseboard behind the bed had a weird brown goo on it. The mattress could probably stand to be replaced?

Staff was pleasant and enthusiastic, clearly trying very hard, breakfast was very good for the price, really well done. Mostly very clean.

Exterior is starting to look worn and neglected. We stayed in the stand alone building rms 1-6. Paint was peeling on porch. Needs some attention.

We have been staying here for many years. Rooms are always clean. Beds are wonderful to sleep in. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Breakfast is included and good.

Just where the bed was located. Was a little bit painful getting in and out at night to use the bathroom.

The size of the room, Location was very handy. I was surprised to see 2 burner stove along with pots and pans, flatware, plates and cups.
