Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

JapanThe shower took a really long time to heat up. I finally just took a lukewarm shower. The handle for the shower indicated as if the cold side was hot and vice versa. I did not park it on site. The sign said 'valet' parking. 'Valet' does not mean 'on site parking'. It means someone parks your car for you. Never saw a valet. So I parked in a pay garage around the corner and saved $33. The hotel itself is rough looking because it is old, which was no big deal.
The location is good, and the staff were nice. The bed was big and comfortable.

United StatesThere were roaches around the facility. The stairwell area smelled like pissed and was super dirty. The room smelled musty and dirty as soon as you walked in (room 306). The lights in the room barely worked, maybe 3 of the lights in the whole room actually worked. The tv didn’t work either, tried messing with the remote and pressed on the buttons on the tv but nothing. The AC didn’t work well either, for it to actually turn on, the temperature had to be set to 58 degrees for there to be any airflow (so we either had to freeze or have no AC). The breakfast was okay, the food gave us stomach issues.
The valet person (Conner) was very nice and attentive towards us. Also, the parking was accessible and safe. Lastly, the area was quiet and the beds were comfortable.

United Statesbugs roaches, I paid for two rooms and got one, went to front desk and was told that I only checked in for one room when my reservation clearly was for two. I got a bit frustrated but I think it got straight.
Breakfast was nice. It was great that we were able to walk to the Capitol so Location Location Location!!!

United StatesAlot, the elevator doesn't work, the only fruit for breakfast all weekend was oranges, the breakfast was just bad. Our bathroom was filthy and starting to rot away. The owners clearly don't care about this place anymore and the staff reflect it. I bet this place will be closed in a year. They need to just tear it down and start over. Wyndham needs to do a site visit. They shouldn't have their name behind this location.
The only thing good was the location

United StatesStaff was great, motel is seriously dated, mismatched furniture, carpet from the 70’s as well as shower/tub/toilet..thin walls with no insulation, so lots of noise from the outside (busy street with lots of sirens). Misleadingly states “valet” parking, when you are your own “valet” and get to pay a secondary fee to park onsite and carry your own bags .. no elevator available to get to sub-basement 3 where you end up parking . Location was great being a block from the Capitol. Room was clean.

United StatesPhones don’t work . Breakfast is super minimal only yogurt and sausage biscuits and juice /coffee cereal . Employees don’t know minor things that can affect guests like how to check them in from booking .com . I was initially overcharged because they authorized the same amount of money on my card when the stay was already prepaid which caused me to not be able to get a flight out of Austin . Would not stay again.

United StatesThe staff was okay and once I got my keycard the first thing I did was check around the room, I found out that the bathroom was old and outdated and had either rust coming out from the tub or hair pieces on the floor, so the bathroom was a complete mess. But for the room itself, it was alright with the basic needs you will need for a night to 2 stay, but I couldn’t for the love of god get room service to make and clean up the room for me once I checked in. So overall the hotel and its service are a 4/10 maybe a 5/10, but at the same time, I checked out earlier because my friend offered me to stay at his place since I couldn’t shower for god in that bathroom, so a 4/10 overall. Wouldn’t recommend it.

AustraliaThe rooms weren't clean. There was no blanket on the beds and the sheets for the double bed were single sheets placed on the bed sideways. The reception person told me I had a phone in my room to call reception if I needed but that wasn't the case. Some of the lights didn't work and there were no opening windows.
The location was the only positive thing about this place to stay.
