When we arrived there were 2 females that looked like they were on drugs. One of them approached us and asked if we were an Uber. I never received housekeeping and I put the sign up early that morning. The second night the smoke detector keep beeping

The bed was comfortable, room was spotles.

They are doing a remodel to make it nicer just had some things going on and don't like animals aloud in there

Some care and upkeep was needed. Entry door had a bad fit in opening, curtains were ripped and dirty, and refrigerator needed defrosted (frost had broken compartment door inside). Breakfast items were in short supply.

Room was quiet and adequate for rest and study. Cleanliness was good for room and linens. It was nice to have microwave and refrigerator.

After traveling for 12hrs for a family Military Funeral we arrived to our room to prepare for our sad weekend stay. Once we arrive in our reserved room we instantly notice a blood stain and hairs on the top comforter of one of our beds. We asked for a roll away bed and was not available, understandable. So we ask if we could get a replacement comforter for the bed and extra bedding for a pallet on the floor since no roll away? We were handed a blanket they would give for a roll away and a top sheet. that was all they could give. Parking was horrible were u are supposed to check, no trash cans in the room. Just seemed as if they where not there to meet the needs that is suppose to be a must. Sad that i had two nights booked on sad terms. Since we were titled as a stay over we had to make the request for a full cleaning of everything and still did not received any trash cans.

Got to the room late (about 1130pm) and bathroom door didn't latch....and tv wouldn't come on and it wasn't the remote batteries because the remote lit up just fine

police were there looking for a guest when we arrived, area was not well lit at night, police suspect was still trying to be located the next morning as front desk clerk was walking the perimeter of the motel looking at upper story windows

Upon entering room, the smoke detector was hanging off the xlciekkng by an inch or two by two wires, the bathroom ceiling had black mold on the ceiling above bath, on the wall at the edge of the shower surround. Coffee machine was missing the coffee poch holder, only one regular coffee pouch but 2 decaf. Only 3 paper cups. Bed had two thin sheets which proved chilly when the AC came on even with the temperature turned up. Night clerk was very helpful in providing a blanket which made it comfortable. The "free breakfast " had stone cold scrambled eggs, but did have batter for waffles. Day two there was no eggs, no yogurt , no orange juse, one small bottle of apple juice, coffee that was barely palatable, and a rather surly attendant. The 2 garbage cans were full and looked as though they had not been emptied since the day before.

Afternoon, evening receptionist was stellar and helpful.

The hallway smelled bad, hall carpet was gross, toilet was broken. Shower was broken, was no breakfast left at 8:30. You could hear people yelling in the hallway around midnight. The halls were not air conditioned. Our room didn’t have the air on and was extremely humid from the shower left on before we arrived.

I didn't like how dirty the room was, one of the pillow covers had a stain on it. There was hair in the bath tub. And a piece of gum stuck to the frame by the head board on the bed closer to the door. Only the night manger was friendly, the blonde manager lady gave my 13 year old an attitude for accidentally spilling a cup of water while grabbing her breakfast. Very unprofessional behavior.

I like that it was in a convenient location.

Where do I start. The first room we were put in the toilet didn't work so they had to move us. The next room the outside door to the building didn't work so we had to walk all the way to the main door to get in. The rug had some major stains on it. The whole room needed to be refurbished, very old looking. And the shower curtain was too small, it couldn't even go 3/4's of the way across the tub

For a La Quinta not too much. OK the towels were soft.

There was not an additional lock on the door, the blanket was stained, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, the sheer curtain was torn, the toilet leaked, the tv had no remote, not enough toilet paper, dirty towel in the room when we got there, most of the staff was rude.

It was quiet. And close to where we needed to be for most of the trip.

The booking sight said there wasn’t a pet fee, when we got to the location they informed us there is.

We didn't have a room when we got there. Then we were put in a room already occupied. The staff had to go around the rooms to see which ones were cleaned and empty. It took us about an hour to get our room.

The staff was very nice.

very old, needs remodeling. did not have my reserved room so had to give me an alternate room which was uncomfortable b/c I am traveling with my adult son. Thin walls, so it was very loud and air conditioner was incredibly loud when starting.
