We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesParking lot is not easy to access, nor is the front door of the hotel. The bathroom had no towel racks whatsoever. Very strange. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. I asked the maid in the hall, but she did not understand english well. I also mentioned it to the front desk. The bedside outlets, including the phone chargers, did not work.
The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. The woman that presented the breakfast buffet was very nice and efficient. The room was clean and the buffet was good.

United StatesThere were dogs it seemed everywhere. I am terrified of dogs and did not know there would be dogs there. I had to find a different entrance that did not enter the lobby where a dog was. For this reason I would not stay here again.
Breakfast was ok. Some more fruit would be nice. The waffles were good for my husband.
