We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of Americabreakfast with good. nice variety of yogurt flavors, cereals and pastries. Waffles were a surprise. Coffee was good and the attendant staffing the coffee worked very hard to keep bringing hot coffee. I was truly impressed with her work ethic.

United States of AmericaThe computer chair was broke. I sat it in and I feel out of the chair because it was missing a screw. When I picked the chair up after falling g out of it the chair fell again and landed on my toe. I’m pretty sure I broke it but since nothing can be done about a broken toe I didn’t go yo urgent care. Could of had hot breakfast options like eggs, sausage, more fruit variety.
The quietest place we ever stayed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

United States of AmericaThat the parking lot wasn't cleared of all the snow, so there were many parking spaces that were blocked. The elevator floor was dirty.
The beds were very comfortable, the showers were warm and had good pressure, the TV was a good size, the hotel location was close to all the places we wanted to visit, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They had the best hotel pillows. My partner and I slept so good and didn’t spend the night tossing and turning. They had GREAT lighting in the bathrooms. The desk people were very nice and accommodating to our late check out.

United States of AmericaBeing in winter, the heat was very noisy when it came on every 15 minutes. It seems like there was another loud HVAC sound as well. It was hard to stay asleep, but I guess this is part of being a large facility.
It's a good design and amenities like the pool and the breakfast room. I would book at a La Quinta again. The room furniture and condition of the room was good.
