Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Comfortable, spacious, nice amenities- pools & jacuzzi & gym, good coffee shop menu for dinner. The salads with seafood were very good.

Layout of the sink open to the room. However, they were smart to not have a mirror placed so everyone in the room can watch.

The hotel's back door lock is broken and made accessing the hotel inconvenient.
Very comfortable and clean. The rooms were large enough for the baby's play pen and were nice and quiet. The breakfast was well done, too.

Slightly smaller room than practical with 4 persons, small bathroom.

Great stay. Would have been nice to have brown sugar and/or crushed nuts for oatmeal which is pretty commonly available at hotels for all inclusive breakfasts.

The stay was nice, nothing negative to report.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was right off the freeway, but we never heard any freeway traffic. Also, the hotel had soft water and shower was nice. There was a old fashion bar and grill next to the hotel called the Fort. Food was excellent.

The other guy should have started helping way before
The young man at his first day I guess, was having a hard time but didn't stress when the line kept building up while the other guy, which I suspect was the trainer, just sit there.

The pool was out of service and the hot tub had way too much chlorine..
Breakfast was good, fresh and very clean area. Bed was very comfortable and room very clean. The people in the lobby where very customer oriented and shared local information.

The mattress desperately needs to be flipped or replaced. A lumberjack has been sleeping on the same spot and there's a hole you roll into. Very uncomfortable. NoI have been traveling for weeks and just found out if I booked through Booking I don't get the points??? When you are traveling... Service is very poor and it's almost impossible to reach Wyndham or the hotel itself. Third parties have made it very simple. I have been giving my Wyndham number all along the way and no one until Tyler told me I was getting no points. I guess I won't be booking with a third party anymore no matter how easy it is.
The hotel was well located with a hiking path very near. The king rooms were spacious and very clean. Tyler at the front desk was very helpful. He gave us the name of some nice local restaurants that weren't far away. Many tv channels. A very good value.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. It had limited variety and very few healthy options. Also, the breakfast room was quite small given the number of rooms in the hotel, so it felt crowded. There's definitely room for improvement in this area.
I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely stay here again.
