Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The rooms and buildings are outdated and in need of repairs. The room could have been cleaner. There is no maid service if you stay more than one night. The pool area was not clean.
The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable.

Checking in take soo long even i was there exactly 3pm. I requested for ground floor and saying not available rooms but i do see empty rooms updates are slow. Then keys sometimes stops working you have to walk your way back to the front desk to get it activated again. Only few breakfast options there is no waffles.
Room clean, pet friendly and place is quite.

A window was broken on the exit door and it had what looked like a trash bag covering it. There was a plastic bag over the smoke alarm in the room. The room still had property from the previous guest. Water took about an hour to get hot.

Our TV didn’t work. No cable connection. Breakfast area overcrowded and under staffed. No ice machine. We had to walk to grocery to purchase.

Despite trying multiple devices, we were unable to connect to the hotel's WiFi network. Additionally, the volume adjustment buttons on the TV remote did not work.
The location of this hotel is excellent if you're visiting El Paso for shopping, as it is very close to the city's main shopping centers.

The musty smell penetraded our clothing.
It was safe and comfortable enough for our young ones. Pillows were a bit stiff. A little musty smelling. It was great for the price though

When i got there the person at the front desk told me to be patient since it was his first night by himself which i understood. I asked for a crib if it was not already in the room. He said he wasnt sure but will check.i got to my room and about 20mins passed and i havent gotten the crib. I called the front desk and spoke to him again, he said to be patient and he will get back to me in 30-45 mins mind you its 12am already but i said its fine( i was still understanding and patient) 30 minutes passed and no response yet, i called again he said he was going to go check for sure which he did and came to my room 15min later and he said he checked and that there wasnt any. I feel like it would of been easier for both of us if he knew from the beginning. I would have been asleep by then.
I liked the room was very clean, smelled good. Comfortable beds.

The kitchen was old. And also The kitchen could've been cleaner.
I Loved the hardwood floors in the room, It smelled Clean when entering the Room. Very comfortable bedding. I Loved being in the swimming pool outside before going to sleep. Very tasty breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit of a disaster. The toilet tank lid had been glued back together and there was something sticky on the floor - like glue.
The room had been updated, and it was very clean.

You can tell some parts of the hotel/rooms have been remodeled, but they fell short on things like replacing bathtub that has seen better days. The water was also slow in draining from the tub.
