Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Tinted windows by the pool. That was a little too unprivate
This place was very nice and I couldn't believe how affordable it was..... nice to have an upscale place to stay in galt. Can't wait for the bar and restaurant to open.

The main desk was vacant most of the time. Their touted breakfast was a disappointment, vulcanized eggs and tissue paper bacon. For an apparently newer facility it looked warn and needed a good cleaning.
The bed was comfortable and the room darkening shades worked much better than most.

Room had a cracked window which I took a picture of, and the room smelled funky.
Love the price, restroom, breakfast, and they have a indoors pool.

The metal wraps around the bed were terrible. I kept hitting my feet on them and it made a big clang sound. The clang happened even when I got out of bed. I heard people in other rooms hit the metal casing, so I know they heard me. I woke up at 5am and I don't think they appreciated the cymbals that early. Not a fan of the bathroom door. When open it was in the way of the hall.
Building seemed pretty new. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Parking was easy.

Kept hearing doors slamming and people screaming throughout the hall all night and then at 2am someone kept banging on our door. Screaming for us to open up. My daughter was terrified. They finally left and she couldn’t go back to sleep the rest of the night. The breakfast was horrible. Eggs were nasty and the potatoes were dried and hard.
It was clean. Coffee was very good. Waffles were good too.

Breakfast with cold wasn't very much left and some other customers were very loud and did not control their children who was running around tables and stuff.

The lighting in the room produced a cozy ambiance. HOWEVER, in terms of functionality I had a difficult time. Instead of casting light downward, the light shone straight out in front of you. It made it difficult to see what I was doing. The room should have lighting that can be brightened or dimmed depending on your need.
Very friendly and responsive staff. Extremely clean. Lovely and colorful wall mosaics. Convenient location.

The bedsheets of one of the queen beds did not look like it was changed from use by previous guest occupant. There were hairs on the bottom sheet. The bathroom is nice except whenever we washed our hands the water dripped on the counter top next to the faucet. Afterwards it started dripping on the floor. We went down to get our breakfast before 9:00 am, there was no scrambled eggs anymore. One server was empty. The hotel serves breakfast until 9:30 am
The building and rooms are newer. The room looked good and clean. Also it was spacious.

No baggage check-in. Mildew and mold-laden shower. No manager on duty. Rooms have no sound guard to reduce noise coming from Highway 99--which is right next to the property.

Our room was dirty. It had not been vaccumed and we are pretty sure sheets werent changed. There was something spilled on sofa.

I just happen to arrive very late at night and there was limited parking. It is a very packed parking lot for the location.

Very nice property with plenty of amenities. Staff was excellent with great food recommendation. Breakfast had a large selection and plenty of room for guests.

Our white sheets on the bed had blood stains on it. Either they weren’t washed or the stain didn’t come off. That was gross & we didn’t feel like the room was thoroughly cleaned. The floors were dirty.
It was nice & the room had everything we needed.
